May 10, 2012 - Thats what i heard too. I tried baking soda (by itself) a few years ago and it seemed like it made them worse?? Other people say it works but for me its like it ate the enamel off or something anyway they got yellower! But i definitely wouldnt try the lemon for sure!!

May 26, 2012 - Doing this will cause you teeth to loose it's protective enamel and will most likely lead to problems such as gum decease and tooth loss this is a big no no in dentist rules look it up or ask your local dentist

Apr 29, 2012 - I've been brushing my teeth with baking soda for years and it does not do this. Also, I'm concerned that the lemon juice would etch the enamel. If there is anyone who has actually done this with good results with no harm to the teeth, please post here.
