Feb 17, 2012 - (I think many will disagree with me here, but I must say this!)The Chad Vader series are the same as the Godfather trilogy. Season 1 - Good. Season 2 - Better. Season 3 - Disappointing.I'm not saying that season 3 is terrible, but the past two seasons are much better, much moreoriginal and much more mature, and more funny. They had "that special something" in them. Thay had a charm, which is deffinitly lost in the third season. And, I am woried how season 4 will turn out.

Mar 11, 2012 - idea for Chad 4 : hire new staff. It makes sense that the old staff is going to want more money ( everybody's hurtin these days) but new more enthusiastic/ easier paying staff ( almost fanatical if need be, yet "reliable") would work as well. Any missing cast members can be explained away. In most jobs ( especially retail) people come and go until they get the highest paying job. Chad can be just one of them folks who stay the longest at places. What's that old saying..' Loyalty cant pay bills.
