Jan 8, 2012 - Huh? This is not about whether a video criticizing a politian is legal or not, it's about whether corporations can donate unlimited amount of money to politicians. Corporations are incredibly more powerful and influencial than any regular citizen, and financing a video is far from being similar to giving millions and millions of dollars to a bunch of politicians so that they pass laws or contracts that favor your business over competition.

I've been in 45+ of the 50 states and I can tell you...a lot of federal laws that other states need...doesn't apply to Montana...and is usually considered either nonsense and we don't want it....or common sense...and we don't need it.
