After Robin's intricate wood-inlayed work was featured in The Best of Missouri Hands catalog and commissioned by Ralston Purina, they were on their way to full time crafting. Influenced by Amish quilt patterns, Robin's excellent woodworking uses exotic natural woods that range from Satinwood from Sri Lanka to Purpleheart from Central and South America. Mar 18, 2012 - You are both amazing. Your work is exceptional, those tables and costumes are so labour intensive. I loved listening about the choices you've made to live in the country, to stay low tech and wonder how many of us have the courage to pursue a lifestyle that goes against the trends. Good on you for sticking to your guns and doing work that is meaningful for you both. So inspiring. Thanks Etsy for these great films that show us hero's like Robin and Kathy Tucker.
