Apr 9, 2012 - Whenever they were producing this film it was originally supposed to be human waiters but then Walt said "You know waiters have always reminded me of penguins" haha so that's where this idea came from but it was very very hard for the animators seeing as Dick Van Dyke was moving a lot so thus they have to get the penguins to move under and around Dick haha one of the animators said they didn't want Dick stepping all of his penguins feet :)

When my mom got it on DVD I watched and was disappointed- the whole thing was great, I mean, but everything didn't look real like it used to when I was younger! You know?
