The most important thing is that it allows normals to cancel into each other, as long as you're doing something like MvC2's magic sequence (can't repeat same button, can only cancel into stronger normal or P to K and vice-versa.) This almost works like a custom combo and allows her to be a bigger rushdown threat. Look up "option-select presents: juri tutorial" for help.

Nov 11, 2010 - After counter hit srk-fadc do Ultra 1 a tad later then normal 2 fully connect the Ultra. If you want 2 connect it without counter hit it becomes char specific and only fully connects on chars with big hitboxes like Honda, Gief (i think), T Hawk and Viper (dont ask me why).
