May 25, 2011 - Why isn't the Man of Colours reissue 2002 not available in the United States? I tried to order a CD by Icehouse yesterday at Barnes and Noble (a bookstore that also sells music), and they only had two CDs that were available to order. The rest were not available. The sales clerk tried to order on amazon, but Man of Colours reissue was not available there either. Icehouse has fans in the US that I am sure would like to order CDs. They are a fantastic band! What gives?
