Sonny was buelimic, which ment that his throat wasn't getting all the vitamins it needed to stay strong, becuase he continued to use it, he began to get throat problems, a persistant cough, and a lack to ability to talk loud. This was the cause for the 1st surgary. The 2nd surgary was because sonny screamed from his throat, which is not good, becuase it damages the celiac cells and you throat. The 3rd surgary was because he spoke when he wasnt ment to whilst recovering.
