einrib4truth Says:

Dec 15, 2011 - IT'S TIME Not just for America to "Wake-UP!" But "The WORLD!" Please; watch the 5hr video: "Ring of Power: Empire of the City-Full Length Documentary." Although it's 5hrs, this should be watched by every single Human Being because it not only Exposes Our "Purposely" Hidden Hi(S)tory, it Exposes WHO the Lying Deceiving Parasites that are Stealthily Orchestrating the Whole World-Wide Demise! Did you know that the US/Canada are in fact; Registered "CORPORATIONS?" Created by the Rothschild's? UNITE

Dec 25, 2011 - no they didn't they were all so stupid...Unlike us in the West... that we do not allow any Machine to rule our lives...

BoBo0807 Says:

Dec 27, 2011 - I'm pretty sure "the machine" refers the record industry circa 1973-4, the whole album was about their experiences in the process of becoming rich and famous. Biting the hand that fed them basically!

Feb 4, 2012 - Why didn't PINK FLOYD include this song, A NEW MACHINE, & TERMINOL FROST on the cd and vhs releases of DELICATE SOUND OF THUNDER?

LSD0Moon Says:

Feb 6, 2012 - look russians clap in the shows. HOW WASTE TIME CLAPING IN A PINK FLOYD SHOW?

tobyntx Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - David Gilmour sings it on the original release of Wish you were here. Gilmour sings the lead on most of Pink Floyd's songs after 1968 with the exception of "Animals" (He sang lead on "Dog's which he wrote as "You got to be crazy") He split vocal duties with Waters on "The Wall" but I don't think he sang at all on "The Final cut". He sings ALL Pink Floyd lead vocals after 1983 - present.

beavis408 Says:

Feb 16, 2012 - This song is about the music industry. The record company corporate "machine". Waters hated, ...hated it.

Iwasfreeonce Says:

Feb 29, 2012 - It's about far,...far more than the music industry.

Beholder505 Says:

bobklose Says:

Mar 15, 2012 - Gilmour sang on NOT NOW JOHN in "The final cut" album

wasabmasta Says:

Mar 22, 2012 - i don't think this song is singley about one thing..like its only about the recording industry, facist America or water's hate for society...it could be about anything. it's open to interpretation. for all you know it could be about david's deep burning passion for a slice of cheese pizza.. you don't fucking know

miguelbaptista Says:

Apr 12, 2012 - On The Final Cut, he did lead vocals on Not Now John

sunnylee84 Says:

Maximedevaux Says:

May 25, 2012 - Do you even know Pink Floyd ? They were more anti-capitalism than anti-communism.Welcome to the machine was wrote after the succes of Dark Side of the Moon, because suddenly all the eyes were focused on them, especially the music producers and the majors, the machine is actually the music industry.
