Clearly, when people learn how to manipulate others by saying that they are more connected to the Creator than others, they will use that to their advantage wherever they are. It's just no way to make a society. Thank heaven we're finally beyond that.

Dec 15, 2010 - 'Monotheism existed before the Jews.' - im almost 99% sure judaism is the first recorded religion to teach monotheism; many think that zoroastrianism was the first monotheism but its really dualistic (a good god and an evil one both uncreated, one can almost see the god/satan myth except the abrahamic faiths say it was god who created satan). i think a dualistic faith makes more "sense" than a mono- one, i mean ahura mazda (the good zoroastrian god cant be blamed for creating evil.
