Dec 29, 2011 - One of the quiet rides that really gave you that rare look from Disneyland from the air,it's a shame that in this age and mentality that someone "thought" it would be "funny" to leap out from the Sky-way onto a tree,well it happened and the Anaheim Fire had to come in and assist this moron down and in a sense shut down one of the coolest rides ever.

Jan 14, 2012 - They did the same thing at Disney World in Florida. I always loved the sky ride but they closed it too. It was always a relaxing ride and really gave you a great view of the park. it was always extremely popular so I don't know why they closed them down.

Feb 23, 2012 - OMGosh! I remember Skyway! When i was little (0>10yrs) and i'd go to Disneyland with my family, I remember seeing people in it! I always wanted to go on it but for some reason or another we never go around to it when i was a child. Seems I'll never have the opportunity now :(Thanks so much for the video though! i'll try to find it myself next time i go to Disneyland :Db

Mar 11, 2012 - My mom went to disneyland when it opened up and she remembers the skyway. when i was born in 93 she wanted to take me on it but when I was old enough she was saddened that it was removed

Mar 14, 2012 - AFAIK, they didn't "seal up" the skyway hole in the Matterhorn. Of course, now that they are renovating Matterhorn, they probably will.

Apr 5, 2012 - I went on Skyway back in 85" Like any other standard fly across park. Going through the matterhorn was cool. Wonder why they closed this ride? Probably expensive on the maintenence and high insurance rates would be my guess.Going back to Disneyland in October cannot wait!!

Apr 15, 2012 - So ive been to disneyland a bunch of times and I had never seen this before. Had no idea it was there and walked passed that a thousand times.. Wednesday I saw this video wanted to check it out... drove over there just for this reason and Yes it is still there... All you have to do is step over a 3ft chain and run up the stairs. oh and not let the vendors selling food see you lol

May 19, 2012 - its super easy to get there you just go where you would go to caesy Jrs circus train and turn the other way pasted a chain and walk up the steps, but be warned!! there is a stand next to the entrance a circus train people and a restaurant across the "street". If any one of those people catch you they will call security on a walkie talkie and the security will start coming. if you see some one on a walkie talkie looking at you runaway from the station and your fine
