Apr 28, 2012 - I heard a jazz remake of this song today on the radio - I wanted to VOMIT. It was painful. I had to change the station. Just needed to come here and listen to the original to erase that horrible memory from my mind. lol. I love jazz. I listen to it far more than anything else. But who comes up with these idiotic ideas of taking a classic like this song and f-ing it up with boring and just plain wrong arrangements? Far too much of that in the jazz world. Anyway. RIP Gerry. May 4, 2012 - they played this on the show "the Killing" a few weeks ago, it had been years since i had heard it! A great song that has been re-born, first by the show then bonnie Raitt and I've also heard it in a store the other day!
