Mori suggested that people react positively to androids (humanlike robots) for as long as they differ from real humans in meaningful and discernible ways. But the minute these contraptions come to resemble humans uncannily, though imperfectly, human observers tend to experience repulsion, revulsion, and other negative emotions, including fear. The same reactive trajectory and emotional cascade apply to psychopathic narcissists: they are near-perfect imitations of humans, but, lacking empathy and emotions, they are not exactly there. Psychopaths and narcissists strike their interlocutors as being some kind of "alien life-forms" or "artificial intelligence", in short: akin to humanoid robots, or androids. Camera: Cinema Products 16RA Processed Cinevex Film Labs Elternwick Edited: AAV South Melbourne Lens: angenieux camera 5.9 lens Canon 12-120 with macro Scenes with Maurie Fields ((August 4th, 1925-December 18, 1995) filmed on location at the offices of Mushroom records Albert park. Live scenes shot a night club in Russel Street Melbourne. Cant remember what it was called for the simple reason it has had so many name changes it has faded in my memory. Staging and lighting for the live scenes were directed by Warren Amster he did a great job. The exterior love shots were shot a music festival at the Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne. Those images were shot on Eastman Kodak reversal and from memory may have either processed at teh Channel 7 labs South Melbourne or the Channel 10 labs in Nunawading. The success of the video was that it showed the band a dynamic live performing band. The Myer Music Bowl shots portrayed the band as an act bigger that they actually were at the time. At the time all the other local acts were producing super groovy videos loaded with the hottest FX of the time which in retrospect look kind of dated. This video I believe still has a lot of punch because it genuinely captured the act for what it was. A rock and roll power house. The band were essentially great to work with. Manu Ginobli - Uncanny
Emanuel David Ginóbili, better known as Manu Ginóbili, (born 28 July 1977 in Bahía Blanca, Argentina), is an Argentine basketball player. Coming from a family of professional basketballers, he is a member of the Argentine national basketball team and the San Antonio Spurs in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Ginóbili spent the early half of his basketball career in Argentina and Italy, where he won several individual and team honors. His stint with Italian side Kinder Bologna was particularly productive, earning two Lega A Most Valuable Player awards, one Euroleague MVP award and the 2001 League Championship. The San Antonio Spurs drafted the shooting guard as the 57th overall pick in the 1999 NBA Draft, but Ginóbili returned to Italy and only joined the Spurs in 2002. He did not take long to establish himself as a key player for the Spurs, and has since won three NBA championships as well as being named an All-Star once. With the national team, Ginóbili has also enjoyed success. He made his début in 1998, and was a member of the team which won the gold medal during the 2004 Olympics. Hailed as one of the finest Europe-based players to grace the NBA with his high-tempo and intensive game, Ginóbili is also the only basketball player ever to win a Euroleague title, an NBA championship, and an Olympic gold medal.
