Chris Leben (born July 21, 1980) is an American mixed martial artist (MMA) best known for his appearance on the first season of The Ultimate Fighter, a reality television series produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and broadcast on Spike TV. He is also well known for his wild brawling style with heavy hands and iron jaw. Versus Yoshihiro Akiyama (秋山成勲, Akiyama Yoshihiro?) (born July 29, 1975), also known as Choo Sung-hoon (Korean 추성훈, Hanja: 秋成勳), is a Japanese mixed martial artist and judoka. He won gold at the 2001 Asian Championships and 2002 Asian Games for South Korea and Japan respectively. As a mixed martial artist he became the 2006 K-1 HERO'S Light Heavyweight tournament champion. Akiyama is currently ranked as the number 8 middleweight in the world by MMA Weekly. He is currently with the US promotion Ultimate Fighting Championship and was victorious in his first UFC bout against Alan Belcher at UFC 100. He is a fourth-generation Zainichi Korean (An ethnic Korean residing in Japan) and acquired Japanese nationality in 2001. As of June 2010, he is ranked as the #10 middleweight in the world by Sherdog.
