FELIX'S MACHINES
An intriguing, music-driven documentary, which observes the orchestrations of a fantastical robotic musical machine, which was created by the inventor Felix Thorn in his bedroom. I found Felix's Machines on You Tube some time around Christmas last year. His machines were amazing, but I thought the way in which he had captured them didn't do justice to what they deserve. I got in contact with Felix and a collaboration was born, the result was this. Massive thanks to Felix Thorn, Tom Swindell and Chris Barnett for getting involved.

Pinch - get up
This music video came about after meeting Rob (Pinch) earlier this year when he gave me a lift to a festival. Made with a micro budget, on more of a collaborative vibe, I had to pull in some favors to get this made, so thanks to all who got involved. Also special thanks to Ben Platts who helped me film the final city shots in the video. I am looking to make more videos for people and have lots more ideas, so if you like my stuff, get in contact at www.tommansfield.co.uk Thanks

Ed Williams in the bluebell woods
I was introduced to Ed in a local pub, when I said to some friends that I wanted to test out my new camera crane, (Jib) and I had a location in mind. After juggling between our availability's and the weather, we decided to just go for it before the bluebells disappeared altogether. This was the result. I think it turned out very well, despite the weather closing in on us with rain! Thanks Ed, this was a good little collaboration. Shot and directed by: Tom Mansfield Preformed by : Ed Williams

Jib vid - winning entry
This was a collaboration with Louis Gane and Matt (Boyo) Williams for a competition where we had forty hours to make a skate video from beginning to end. I had a lot of fun making it, and it turned out nicely because we won first place! Despite running out of light to film the finishing sequence. "Team Kez took the Jib-Vid crown, as well as the Best Editing and Most Creative awards, with this entry starring Boyo sleep-skating his way through Bristol." Thanks to every one involved.

K*NERS - "Messy" feat. Kardinal Offishall:
Horaine "K*NERS" Ferguson is the latest in a succession of musical innovators from Bristol, treading a path beaten by Wild Bunch, Massive Attack, Portishead, Tricky, Roni Size and more recently dubstep producer Joker. K*Ners started out as a ragga MC on a sound system many years ago. "I used to go to all the ragga raves.and sound clash systems people would come and play, like (Jamaican sound system hero) Tony Matterhorn, everything in Bristol stems from the sound system" This Bristolian artist has gained much respect from the music industry since releasing his debut album "K In Da Flesh" independently on his own label in 2006. K*Ners has since performed with many artists like hip hop legends Sugar Hill Gang, Mos Def, GZA/Genius (Wu-Tang), Tinchy Stryder and Mark Ronson, he has been cherry picked to perform @ BBC Maida Vale sessions, and championed by BBC 1xtra's DJ Semtex and BBC radio 1's Ras Kwame. His talents have also been eagerly sought out by Baby J, who featured K*Ners on "Fix The Problem (FTP The Mixtape Pt2)" in 2008 and more recently this year UK hip hop legend Skitz called opon K*Ners to feature on the remix for "Rebel Stand" with D.Gritty for the critically acclaimed "Sticsman" album. K*Ners is currently finishing off his long awaited forthcoming 2nd album, which features guest appearances from Sway, Roots Manuva and hip hop heavyweight Kardinall Offishall, who guests on the forthcoming Twice As Nice produced single, "Messy", which is set for an October 11 ...
