Chain replacement tutorial: www.youtube.com The concept of the rivet tool is analogous to using a regular c-clamp. This c-clamp's job is to smash the pin so it permanently deforms the material thus locking the pin in. The KEY CONCEPTS for doing this: grease the system (or motor oil), put the spare tip in backwards at the other end (see video!), DO NOT OVER COMPRESS the pin (match the clearance between links to that of neighboring factory link clearance), and make sure you measure at least 0.010" larger pin diameter. *The spare pin, that is in backwards, acts as the backer. This holds the other end of the pin as you are crushing the pin in. To use this as a chain breaker, simply remove the spare pin; since there is not a backer, the pin will be pressed through. I tried the hammer chisel method to try and set the rivet. I could not get it to work. I tried multiple angles; 4 and 3 edge too. You have to use the correct tool machined at the proper geometry, probably hardened to 55+ HRC. I was unsuccessful, I did not measure any change in outer diameter of the pin. Comment if you have questions or if the explanation doesn't make sense. I did bend the tip a little, but I could have pressed more rivets; and it comes with a spare tip. A 530 DID o-ring chain is shown in the video installed on a Honda CBR1000F.

Wheelrite TECH400 is the flagship of the aftermarket range. It is designed to enable the reprogramming of those cars which do not have a 'TPMS relearn' facility in the engine management software of the vehicle. This largely relates to Asian and European manufactured vehicles (including Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi etc). It has a Universal OBD connector which enables communication via CANbus and K-line to the vehicle ECU. The TECH400 uses its large backlit graphical display and menu system to navigate and display its data. The tool supports the replacement of TPMS sensors and the reprogramming of the car and turns the warning light off. It does this using the relearn option if available in the vehicle engine management software or otherwise using the OBD connector. The tool actually decodes the sensor data which ensures that the correct TPMS is being read and that the tool is not fooled by RF transmissions from keyfobs or other sensors. The audit process allows the operator to display the data on screen but also to transfer it to a PC and print out an audit of the car and show the customer which TPMS is faulty and the nature of the fault. This is key to gaining the customer's confidence and agreement to pay for work to be done before the wheel is broken down. On January 3rd, 2009, I finally earned the Mercenaries 2 Platinum Trophy! *READ* Getting this Platinum was truly frustrating for me. I had to beat the entire game THREE times! I HATED this game when I had to find all the spare parts and landing zones for the THIRD time. At my last time, I only needed to unlock all shop items. The second time I beat the game, I guess I wasn't supposed to do some minor Chinese mission which resulted in me not being able to complete a Universal Petroleum race. Yes, I knew I wasn't supposed to do the "Battle of Caracus" before completing all the mini-games, and I didn't. When trying to get "Digital Man" (all shop items), make sure you finish each mini-game before doing a contract; also make sure you find the spare parts surrounding the Chinese and Allied HQ's. Yes, you need to find all 100 parts to get 10/11 PMC shop items. The last is the Nuclear Bunker Buster, which is awarded to you once you complete the last mission in the game, shown in this video. On IGN.com, you can find the spare parts map that I used in their Mercenaries 2 game guide. It doesn't take long; just fly to the X, pick up the item and you're on your way. You might not even have to get all 100 because there is a bug in the game where it says you are getting spare parts even while you are flying (my case). Spare Tire and Tools In the event of a flat tire, please follow all the advance preparations and safety precautions in your Owner's Manual. Your jack and tool kit can be found in the cargo area of the vehicle, right next to the back doors. First, remove the access cover and loosen this retainer by turning it counterclockwise. Now, remove the tool kit. To release the jack, turn the jack lever counterclockwise until the lock rod can be lowered. Lift the jack to remove it. Be sure to place the wheel blocks provided with your vehicle on either side of the tire that is diagonally opposite the flat tire, to help keep the vehicle from accidentally moving. Now, place the square end of the J-shaped rod into the end of the connecting rod. With your tools at hand, open the back doors and find this oval shaped opening just above the middle of the back bumper. Insert the J-shaped end of your jack rod into the opening until it reaches the spare tire winch, directly above the spare tire. Now, fit the square end of the jack rod into the square hole of the wheel nut wrench to form a handle. Slip the J-shaped end of the jack rod into the opening of the tire winch. Apply pressure and turn the jack rod counterclockwise. You'll see the spare tire begin to lower. Once it is fully lowered to the ground, reach under the vehicle and remove the retainer chain. The FDNY has rigs to spare in The Bronx
We are at the quarters of FDNY Engine 63 and Ladder 39, where we basically see nothing but replacements. Engine 63 and Ladder 39 are both out for repairs, so for the time being, Engine 63 has a spare, while the spare for Ladder 39 is about to head out for another spare (this one being an actual tiller ladder). In the meantime, Ladder 37 is here to cover while spares are swapped. All the meanwhile, the quarters for 63 and 39 is being renovated for the next couple of years, so everyone there is living in trailers adjacent to the house itself, while Battalion 15 is with Engine 66 in Co-Op City. At the time of this video, we see the spare of Engine 63 as it goes out on a run of a gas leak at an unknown location. The engine being used here is a 2002 Seagrave Pumper, while the ladder is a 1999 rear mount ladder. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. M35A2 deuce spare tire carrier winch cheat
This is one way to safely lower and raise the spare tire on a Deuce. I made this from an old water main shutoff valve wheel that I installed a 1/2" drive extension into. The hardest part of this "cheat" was drilling through the case hardened steel that the extension is composed of; this is necessary to insert a pin to keep the extension from turning under the load of the spare tire winch. The wheel already had a pin through it that I used once the hole was drilled through the extension bar. From there I used an adaptor to go from 1/2" drive to the 3/4" socket that I am using for this demonstration. I also have the correct bud nut impact socket for the 1 1/2" securing nuts but I was not comfortable with the depth of the socket on the winch nut that turns to raise or lower the tire. These tires weigh at least 150 pounds and I have heard stories of people getting severe injuries to include lost teeth and facial lacerations trying to lower these tires to the ground or raise them back up to the tire mount. Another thing that also takes place is the cog lock on the winch mechanism sometimes fails to hold for some reason and you really need to be in total control of this tire mount from start to finish. This works for me!

I figured I'd make a video on one way to adjust a clutch pedal cable: under the hood. First, before opening the hood, I'd look at the tutorial below and check if yours is adjustable under the dashboard. forums.evolutionm.net That's one of many tutorials you can find on Google. But here I do a tutorial on adjusting it under the hood. Basically these are your steps. 1. Determine how the pedal needs to be adjusted. If there is a lot of free play in the pedal and the clutch doesn't engage all the way when pedal is to the floor (symptoms include difficulty getting into gear, jumping out of gear (usually first gear), and multiple gears grinding), then your cable will need to be tightened. If the clutch pedal is all the way out, in first gear, but the car just revs and doesn't move anywhere, it needs to be loosened. 2. Open the hood. 3. Locate the clutch cable. Usually you can look under the dash and find where the cable goes through the firewall. If you notice no cable (under the dash or under the hood), then you have a hydraulic clutch system and that cannot be adjusted. You will need a new clutch. Another way to see where the clutch cable is is to have someone step on the clutch while you look under the hood. You'll be able to see the cable moving (if the engine isn't complex enough to block the view). Once you locate the clutch, move on. 4. Staring out across the sea of people crowding an outdoor band shell in Austin, Sharon Van Etten practically dared her audience to pipe down and listen as she held long, cooing notes. It's almost impossible to comprehend the transformation she's made since then. At NPR Music's showcase at Stubb's on Wednesday night, she flexed her songs' newfound muscle without obscuring the beating heart and raw nerves that lie beneath. The wounded acoustic material of her first album has given way to "Serpents" (from this year's mesmerizing Tramp), the bracing and caustic rocker with which she closed her performance. Thank you so much for finishing episode 2 and I wish you enjoy it. firstly I want to thank many people who helped me or tried to help me out during this period of time. a few voice actors had a hard time due to exams and real life works and for a few I had to use the spare actors but I'll remember you guys, and I wish your are doing greatly in both your school and works. a few other friends are advisers and criticizers, I took some advises and ignored some due to being stubborn, and sometimes I know I had been rude. but I do appreciate those time when I think back, it's an expereince for me and I should learn to accept more as I get more experienced, and yer I should learn my lesson one day if I under estimate any good advises I got told.
