It's funny what is revealed to a person during a random run in the overcast Southern California brisk morning. Today during my morning run I made it my intention to greet each person I passed with a smile, and so I did. Some people returned the smile with a moment of eye contact and soul connection, others gave a half attempted smile that was more like a look of confusion, then there where those who just kept there eyes on the ground and were in their own world. After my run I started to think about the different people I passed and the connections that were made. It became clear to me that there are two types of people in this world, those that identify with the body and those that identify with the light or eternal consciousness within. Now I didn't come to this conclusion just by noticing people who would make eye contact or not but rather from the entire stage that was set this morning. There I was Brother Echo running along this cement path winding through a grass field and above me were power lines going parallel to the running path. I started to appreciate how my body of energy can affect other bodies of energy (people) passing me on the/my path, all it takes is a simple gesture or smile and you can influence a persons life/energy. Today I noticed the power lines that were above my head weaving along the cement path through the grass field carrying electricity and power to their final destination.
