The Fashion Patrol's Celebrity Stylist Challenge
We challenge three celebrities to transform someone to shine like a star. It's a daily struggle to look good. Everyday before we walk out the door, we ask ourselves the same question, "what shall I wear today"? Celebrities have it easy being armed with a dozen of stylists and access to fabulous wardrobe while the rest of us have to contend with looking up to magazines, fashion shows and our fave style icons for the latest tip and trends. But what are celebrities without their stylists? Do they have what it takes to make them stylish without the assistance of a stylist? What if we turn the tables on them? Can they make us look red carpet ready? The Fashion Patrol asked Miss California 2009 Tami Farrell, Australian supermodel Sophie Turner and ABC's "True Beauty" winner Julia Anderson to show off their styling prowess by dressing up model Danielle in a cocktail dress. We head downtown LA to Chic Little Devil, Southern California's largest fashion showroom, to make this fashion event a reality. "The Cove" - Cast/Guest Interviews - TFP at the Screening of Oscar Winner for Best Documentary 2010
The crew at The Fashion Patrol had the opportunity to patrol the Sunset Bronson Studios in Hollywood for Kat Kramer's Films That Change World Screening Series which featured this heavily-awarded documentary featuring the humanitarian exploits of renowned dolphin trainer Ric O' Barry together with a number of activists against mindless dolphin slaughter in Taiji. Using state-of-the-art equipment, Rick, Louie Psihoyos, Simon Hutchins, Mandy-Rae Cruikshank, Kirk Krack, Charles Hambleton and Joseph Chisholm infiltrate a cove near Taiji, Japan to expose both a shocking instance of animal abuse and a serious threat to human health. We patrolled the fashion scene last night on white carpet event of Genlux magazine and Ford Models cocktail party in celebration of LA Fashion at the Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills. Sue Wong Fall 2010 Collection Preview/Cocktail Party in Los Angeles
We patrolled downtown Los Angeles for Sue Wong's Fall Presentation at the designers atelier. Even before the fashion show started, we were treated to one on the red carpet when celebrities showed up wearing Sue Wongs creation one after the other. We spoke to some of them to find out what they love about what they are wearing.
Carolyn Hennesy at the Pink Dress Collection Fashion Show
We patrolled the Petersen Automotive Museum for The Pink Dress Collection benefiting the Komen Los Angeles County. The event is the collaborative effort of many designers and celebrities as well as women impacted by breast cancer to celebrate the Pink Dress as the new symbol for women and breast cancer awareness. The Pink Dress featured a runway show of cocktail numbers and gowns by famous designers including Adam, Betsey Johnson, Guess by Marciano, Ina Soltani, Juicy Couture, Karen Zambos, Lilly Pulitzer, Nicole Miller, Pamella Roland, Rafael Cennamo, Sue Wong and Tadashi Shoji to name a few. The dresses were auctioned off at the after-party with proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure for breast cancer research and awareness. Check out Carolyn Hennesy (Cougar Town) in her second modeling for a cause for the year.

Scorpions Inducted into Hollywood's RockWalk
We patrolled the Guitar Center in Hollywood for the Klaus Meine, Rudolf Schenker, Matthias Jabs, James Kottak and Pawel Maciwoda of the Scorpions induction into Hollywoods RockWalk on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at noon. This marks a very special occasion for the Scorpions: with the March 23 release of their new album, Sting in the Tail (via Universal Music Enterprises) and a three-year world tour, one of the most successful rock bands in the world will be ending their career. The Scorpions will be performing in Ontario, CA on July 29th and in Nokia Theatre LA Live on July 31st.

We patrolled Falcon Hollywood in Sunset Boulevard for Actors for Oceans Charity event to benefit Project Save Our Surf hosted by Sam Trammell and Tanna Frederick. Sam Trammell stars in the hit HBO series True Blood as the character shapeshifting Sam Merlotte. Tanna Frederick, along with being a surfer, is also a fresh new face in Hollywood. Tanna stars as one of the main roles in the upcoming movie Queen of the Lot, which premieres later this month. Project Save Our Surf was founded by actress and surfer Tanna Frederick to raise funds, awareness and hope around clean water issues. It is dedicated to the conservation of our oceans and the delicate marine ecosystems that reside therein. BoxEight LA Fashion Week 2010
We patrolled downtown for one of the hottest shows during LA Fashion Week, BOXeights Fashion: Refocus. BOXeight founders wanted to refocus the limelight from the professional models to the people behind the scenes; the photographers, make up artists, stylists, and crew that make things happen. It was such an intimate setting that we had to attend the event the next day just to experience the full impact. The concept developed because we want to bring more exposure to the actual photographer, stylist team, the makeup artists, Peter Gurnz, Founder of BOXeight said. Gurnz, a photographer, said theyve only been in the studio for three years but have already produced fashion work for eight seasons. Azzurro Mallin CEO of BOXeight said the inspiration for BOXeight came from Pete. Pete is a very inspiring guy and it came from a motivation of just trying to show all the creative talent in Los Angeles. As for BOXeights future plans, President of BOXeight Michael Utsinger said, Skys the limit. We are fortunate to have the creative people that come to our door everyday. BOXeight plans to go national bringing this one-of-a-kind experience to Miami, Palm Springs, New York and the list goes on. On Saturday, we checked out the second set of the three day event which included the Fall 2010 collection of Le Sang des Betes, Lloyd Klein, Michael Costello and Eduardo Lucero set against artistic backdrops and avant-garde presentations. We patrolled the Penthouse of the California Market Center for The Makeup Show LA, a pro-artist event for everyone in every area of the makeup industry. It featured top brands, inspirational artists and educators for two days of community, career and craft building. The Makeup Show LA brought together more than 60 top pro-focused brands and businesses including Make Up For Ever, Ingot, Temptu Pro, Crown Brush, Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics, Alcone, Becca Cosmetics, Smashbox, Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Korres Natural Products, Embryolisse, Stila Cosmetics, Face Atelier, Graftobian, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Bellapierre Cosmetics, Longmi Lashes by Daniel and many more! Gen Art Los Angeles Alumni Designer Celebration LA Fashion Week 2010
We patrolled the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood as Gen Art kicked off the LA Fashion week with its Alumni Designer Celebration. The event hosted by Amber Rose featured 20 new designers now graduates of the organization. The glamorous pool side event attracted VIPs, stylists, trendsetters, designers as well as celebrities like Briana Evigan, Alexandra Leighton, Danielle Bisutti, Katie Gill, Bobby Trendy, Jazmin Whitley and many others. Gen Art is a national non-profit organization that helps emerging talents in film, fashion, music and the visual arts. For aspiring designers, a showing at Gen Art could mean launching a major fashion career. Zac Posen, Louis Verdad and Phillip Lim are some of Gen Arts most notable alumni.

We patrolled Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills for Caprettas Fall 2010 preview hosted by Niki Shadrow in association with Hollywood Weekly Magazine. Capretta is dedicated to women who have a refined sense of style -women who seek out timeless pieces that transcend seasons. There is a silhouette that complements every shape, size and style preference of a woman in every Capretta creation. The night was all about the designers first series called the Onyx Collection, which was also the redefinition of the little black dress. So we asked the celebrities we spotted on the red carpet what they like most about the little black dress.
Julia Clancey's America's Next Top Model Finale Party with AnnaLynne McCord and Stephanie Pratt
We patrolled the white carpet event of British fashion designer Julia Clancey's 'America's Next Top Model' Finale Party in Villa Blanca in BH for the unveiling of her collection on Americas Next Top Model finale episode. The Fashion Patrol got to preview a few pieces out of the 40 that have been recovered from the robbery that forced Julia to nix her Spring/Summer 2010 Tutti Frutti fashion show. Clanceys total losses has been estimated roughly at $300000. But that didn't hamper her efforts because as soon as it happened, she got on it right away and started making pieces. We patrolled the Music Box in Hollywood to bring you Project ETHOS LA Fashion Week 2010 designer show. Project ETHOS known as an incubator for emerging artists in fashion, music and art, produces red carpet events that showcases all emerging forms of creativity such as music, fashion and art in one place on a single night. Some of the highlights of the show featured Project Runway Season 6s, Gordana Gehlhausen (GOGA by Gordana) and Season 7s Jesus Estrada (Haus of Estrada). Other designers include: Rochelle Corino (Rumplemunkeh), Maria Peralta (Devious Damzels), Rachael Feigelson (Love Child), Michelle Liu (EMEL), Shant Der Ashodian (ARKA Clothing), Omatu Gottschlich and Sandra Sturm (Fulani), Marialia Pacitto (Marialia), and Seth Nobmann (SethWellington).

BooBoo Stewart and Fivel Stewart
We caught up with Twilight: Eclipse star BooBoo Stewart, 16, and sister Fivel, 13, at the Unity For Peace Benefit Concert World Tour as it kicked-off at the House of Blues in Los Angeles last night. The event featured an eclectic gathering of international artists supporting the non-profits cause: Peace in the Middle East. The tour continues throughout the US and beyond—the next concert is in San Francisco in April. In the next Twilight installment to be released June 30, 2010, BooBoo will play the role of Seth Clearwater. Member of the Stewart Clan (TLS) composed of his two sisters, the talented 16-year-old plays the keyboards, guitar, bass, drums and sings too. He is also a Martial Arts World Champ in 2003 and 2004 and has been inducted in the Martial Arts Junior Hall of Fame in 2004. Fivel,13, works the piano and sings too.

The event honored celebrities, thought leaders and businesses that are truly effecting change in the world through their tireless efforts and initiatives in the environmental, wellness and philanthropic arenas and was designed to sell/market eco luxury products at a discount for one night only to celebrities, media, and guests. Angela Dean Fashion Show
We patrolled the roof top of Kress at Hollywood Boulveard for celebrity fashion designer Angela Deans Hollywood Renaissance Fashion show. Angela started sewing at the age of seven making a pair of shorts and a matching scarf without a pattern, a very rare feat for that age. She attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and worked for various fashion companies upon graduation. Angela created two bustiers that created a major fashion trend: The famous bullet bra bustier of Madonna and Paula Abduls leopard printed bustier on the December 1989 cover of US magazine. Dean has dressed a lot of celebrities from movie star Halle Berry to singers Katy Perry, Natalie Cole and Queen Latifah.
Miley Cyrus - "The Climb" Live at the World Wish Day by the Make-A-Wish Foundation - The Grove LA
We patrolled The Grove Mall in Los Angeles for the first-ever World Wish Day by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Earlier today, Miley Cyrus granted 30 wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to meet the teenage pop sensation. Before Miley came on stage at around 6:30 pm, we were treated to special performances by Dancing with the Stars Mark Ballas and a number of licks from recording artist Jordan Pruitt. When Miley came onstage to perform The Climb to the crowd of screaming fans, the 17-year-old had this to say: Ive been involved with Make-A-Wish for awhile now. I think Ive granted 105 wishes or something like that. Ive met a lot of amazing people, survivors and fighters and very courageous people. Thank you so much for supporting me and Ill support you too and some people have gotten involve with my charity Get Ur Good On, its basically a bunch of kids just getting involved and Im so happy to be standing here and say that I am involved with something Im passionate about and I just want to continue to encourage kids to do the same thing find something that you are passionate about and pull your strength into that and Make-A-Wish is that for me. Kristin Cavallari and Patrick Eichler's 5-Minute Makeup at Victoria's Secret Fall 2010 Collection
We patrolled Studio 2 at the W Hotel in West Hollywood for Victoria's Secret Beauty Fall and Holiday 2010 collection. Beauties like Jennifer Love Hewitt, Kristin Cavallari, Christine Lakin, Noureen DeWulf, Kayla Ewell, Anna Trebunskaya and Tiffany Hines, among others indulged in a day of glamour by getting makeovers from celebrity makeup artist Patrick Eichler as well as getting manicures and massages. Cavallari, who arrived with her publicist in tow, had fun hopping from one display table filled with Victoria's Secret products to another to try on some fragrances and other beauty products. Kristin, who looked cute in a Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent romper and YSL pumps, treated herself to a little pampering by getting a manicure as well. The reality star also told The Fashion Patrol that she is busy filming episodes for "The Hills."
