Shubhankar is surprised to learn that Priya had applied for an internship in his firm and gotten through.

The judge rules the divorce case in favour of Devyani. Brahmanand kidnaps Priya and punishes her for ruining his career and snatching his family from him. Devyani seeks Roshini Devi's help to find Priya. Roshini Devi finds out from Verma that Brahmanand had kidnapped Priya. Aditya refuses to believe his family's words against Brahmanand. Devyani tells him about the kidnap. They go to rescue Priya and prove to Aditya that Brahmanand is corrupt. Brahmanand beats Priya and tries to rape her.

Furious Brahmanand snaps at Uttara as she asks about his location. Priya questions Brahmanand about his strategy if Aditya learns about the divorce issue. An agitated Sarpanch with the villagers arrive at the pooja. Sarpanch enquires about building luxurious bungalows instead of houses to Aditya. Aditya gets shocked seeing Gaurav's signature on the project paper.

Everyone suspects that Brahmanand is pretending to be apologetic for his mistakes but the doctor informs them that he has lost his sanity from head injury. He tells Devyani that Brahmanand only remembers her and no one else from his past.

Priya and Devyani try to find out Aditya's whereabouts. Brahmanand is left to suffer the consequences of his actions.

Priya suggests Aditya to expose the truth while Aditya assures Priya that he will speak to Brahmanand regarding Gaurav. Vidya tells her parents that she wants go back to her in-law's house. Devyani takes Brahmanand to the house she wants to live in after the divorce. Brahmanand's attempts go futile trying to reminiscing about their own house with Devyani. Vidya's father warns Aditya for keeping his daughter safe else he will be held responsible.

Aditya vows to divorce Priya. Priya tells Brahmanand that she will testify against him in the court.

Priya convinces Devyani to be strong. Karan is discharged from the hospital. Verma praises Brahmanand's cunning mind and his plan of taking Uttara on his side. Devyani rejects Shubhankar's advise of involving Uttara in the case. Priya tries convincing Uttara to reveal the truth in the court and Vidya overhears it. Vidya confirms about the eaves drop. Bauji convinces Devyani to inform the court and her children about Brahmanad's illegal relationships.

Uttara tries to seduce him to prove his sanity. Aditya and the rest of the family play a ball game for Brahmanand's sake. Brahmanand throws the ball at Uttara but it hits Priya. Everyone thinks that it was an accident but Uttara tells them that Brahmanand had done it intentionally.

Gaurav and Aditya have a disagreement when Aditya fails to listen to the truth. Tara is disturbed by Devyani's announcement. Vidya suspects that Imli knows the reason for Devyani's decision.

Vidya's parents take her to a priest who practices black magic, for fertility boon. Vidya is asked to walk on a bed of hot coals. Aditya stops Vidya from taking the walk and gets rid off the priest. Gaurav and Priya are taken aback when Vidya's father claims that the puja was conducted to cure Vidya's infertility. Aditya berates Vidya's mother for breaking her promise and subjecting her daughter to this superstitious belief. Devyani tells Shubankar that Brahmanand seemed helpless after receiving the news of the divorce proceedings. Shubankar criticizes her for sacrificing her happiness to stay in an unhappy relationship with her husband. Gaurav carries an unconscious Vidya to the shack while Aditya instructs Juggy to call for a doctor and inform his family that they are coming home soon. Imli tells Juggy that Devyani and Brahmanand are getting a divorce because of the extramarital affair between Uttara and Brahmanand.
