All daily training highlights are on our website www.californiastrength.com Friday May 11, we had Ben Claridad and Cecily Basques visiting from Midtown barbell. They trained with Jon North, Donny Shankle, Lindsay Taylor, Tom Sroka, Kevin Cornell, Rob Blackwell, and Spencer Moorman, as well as coach Glenn Pendlay at California Strength. Jon got into a clean and jerk duel with Kevin and Spencer at the end of practice. Lindsay Taylor put up a 95 kilo clean and jerk and Cecily made a 95 kilo clean.

Strengthening the core muscles helps with almost every type of sport, dance, gymnastics - even posture!
