Single-piece solid ash body, contoured on back and lower bass bout, and finished in two-tone Sunburst (yellow to black). One-piece fretted maple neck with a huge profile, 21 frets, and black dot position markers. Small headstock with decal with Fender "spaghetti" logo in gold with black trim. Three white Bakelite-covered black-bottom single-coil pickups with staggered polepieces and wonderfully balanced outputs of 6.23k, 5.35k, and 6.95k. Single-layer white Bakelite pickguard with eight screws. The neck has a pencil mark of "TG[Tadeo Gomez]-7-54." The neck cavity has a pencil mark of "#2 / 5/54". The control cavity has a piece of original tape with "Mary / 5-29-54" written in pencil. This guitar is in exceptionally fine (9.00) condition. Housed in its original Fender brown form-fit "poodle" case with red plush shag lining (9.25).

www.frettedamericana.com This almost like new Candy Apple Red Stratocaster weighs 7.80 lbs. and has a nut width of 1 5/8 inches and a scale length of 25 1/2 inches. Solid alder body, one-piece maple neck, and veneer rosewood fretboard with 21 frets and pearloid dot position markers. Four-bolt neck plate with serial number between the top two screws. Three single-coil light grey bottom pickups with staggered polepieces and nicely matched outputs of 5.55k, 5.54k, and 5.63k. Three-layer plastic pickguard with mother-of-pearl on underside and eleven screws. Fender "Synchronized Tremolo" combined bridge/tailpiece. The neck is stamped "22 JUN 69 B". There are just four tiny surface chips (three of them slightly larger than a match-head), one on the lower treble edge by the waist, one on the lower treble edge near the strap pin, and two very tiny ones on the lower treble edge near the strap pin. There is some very slight fret-wear to the first three frets only (hardly noticeable on the third) and two small indentations in the fretboard between the first and second frets. With all that miniscule triviality said, this guitar is so mint - it is unbelievable. The color is rich and vibrant and shows no sign of fade whatsoever. By far the finest Candy Apple Red Stratocaster of any year that we have ever seen - A 9.50 rating does not do this guitar justice! One-piece 'birds-eye' maple neck with a nut width of 1 5/8 inches, a scale length of 25 1/2 inches and a very comfortable medium-to-fat neck profile. Veneer rosewood fretboard with 21 original frets and pearloid dot position markers. Large headstock with decal with Fender logo in black with gold trim. Three light gray bottom single-coil pickups with staggered polepieces and outputs of 5.48k, 5.40k, and 5.50k. There is some light finish checking and a few miniscule surface marks. The re-fin is of the highest professional standard and was most probably done in the eighties. The 'Birds-Eye' pattern on the face of the headstock and the back of the neck is quite beautiful and this 'Hendrix' Strat is an exceptional player in excellent plus (9.00) condition. Complete with the original tremolo arm. Housed in its original Fender black hardshell case with dark orange plush lining (9.00).

The fingerboard extension is originally from my sold Bellido flamenco guitar, which you can see in some of my videos. I cut it up and eroded below so that it fits over the neck pickup. Then I fixed the 2 pieces with double sided tape. The 22th fret I sanded down flat and glued it on the new fretboard. So it is removeable at any time and it can be returned to its original condition. This fantastic guitar weighs 8.00 lbs. exactly and has a solid alder body and a one-piece fretted maple neck with a super deep 'V' profile and a nut width of 1 11/16 inches. The neck has a pencil mark of "7-57" and the tremolo cavity has a pencil mark of "8/55". Three pickups with outputs of 5.91k, 6.11k, and 6.44k. Six-pivot bridge/vibrato unit. Housed in a modern TKL black hardshell case with black plush lining (9.50). Apart from the potentiometers (which are dated 1966) all of the parts are original.

The kit has a paulownia body and bold on neck and a great tone and lots of sustain!! Played over a Line6 Spider IV Amp with Digitech RP50 pedal. Strings d'Addario. Video shot by Mirjam. The guitar was 'painted' by staining it with deluted ink, after that i spraypainted it with transparant lacquer to protect it. The neck and headstock were treated with furniture oil only. In this video i'm playing some random stuff to demonstrate the guitar.
