Mix Vegetables Stir Fried Chinese Style
MIX VEGETABLES STIR FRIED 1 tsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce 4 tbsp Ching's Secret All in One Sauce 1 cup Broccoli cut into bite size flowerets 1 bunch Spinach Leaves 4 sprigs of Asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces ½ cup button mushrooms, cut into halves 1 tbsp chopped Garlic ½ tsp white pepper 2 tbsp vegetable oil Salt to taste Red chilli flakes to garnish. Method: Thoroughly wash all the vegetables, drain and keep aside. Boil water in a heavy bottom pan. Blanch broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms in the boiling water one by one and refresh them in cold running water, drain and keep aside. Don't over cook. Heat 2 table spoons of oil in a heated frying pan; add garlic and sauté for about half a minute. Add all the vegetables while stirring continuously, put flame on simmer. Add Ching's Secret All in One Sauce, Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, a pinch of salt and white pepper and mix well. Cook while stirring till all the vegetables get coated with the sauce. How to prepare your ingredients before stir frying: 1. Soak 5 dried shitake mushrooms in warm water for a few hours until they become soft. Squeeze the water out of them and slice thinly. 2. Ingredients 1 Zuccini 1 Carrots 2 mini bell peppers 1 Spanish Onion medium sized 1 Green onion 2 table spoons of olive oil 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil Sesame seeds Dry Parsley flakes Instructions: - Cut up Zuccini into thirds and slice thinly - Cut mini bell peppers and remove seeds, then cut into small pieces - Cut carrot into small cross-sections - Thinly slice Spanish onion - Thinly slice Green onion - Mince 2 cloves of garlic - Heat skillet over medium heat - Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and throw in minced garlic - Once garlic begins to sizzle a bit, add the Spanish onion to the mixture and continue to stir - After cooking for about 2 minutes, add carrots and bell peppers into skillet - Cook until onions become soft and then add zucchini to mixture - Add a teaspoon of sesame oil - Cook for another 2 minutes then add green onion and continue stirring - Cook for another minute or so until veggies are well cooked - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and dried parsley flakes (optional) - Pour into serving dish and serve hot For more tasty recipes please visit us at www.cookyourself.com and share your recipes.

Japchae - Korean sweet potato noodles stir-fried with vegetables
This dish dates back to 17th Century, created to please King's palate for one of King's big party. This tradition continues, as a kid growing up in Korea, my mother prepared Japchae on every special occasion and for special guests, as result, Japchae has nothing but happy memories! I love making this dish; it is very festive and delicious. The type of noodle used in this dish is made from sweet potato starch and translucent when cooked, which is how they got the name, "glass noodles." They are also gluten free, as well as fat free. These noodles are wonderfully springy and light, it dances in your mouth. Perfect to serve in the summer time; you can serve these noodles at room temperature or slightly chilled. (For an equally delicious vegetarian Japchae, omit the beef).

Garlic powder 2 cups Broccoli slaw make it HEAT large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 min. or until lightly browned. ADD stir-fry vegetables; stir-fry 5 min. or until heated through. Stir in dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder; cook on medium heat 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. STIR in broccoli slaw I changed some things around but its all the same **I added Shrimp to my recipe** Hope you enjoyed it
