INGREDIENTS 2 cups cut vegetables (stir-fry or oriental mix) -- Broccoli, Carrot, Cauliflower, for example (or any vegetables of choice) 1 pkg (250g) Stir-fry tofu n' sauce™ Sesame Ginger or Teriyaki flavour ½ cup water 1 pkg (226g) House Foods Tofu Shirataki, Angel Hair or Spaghetti-shape noodles DIRECTIONS Preparing the Stir-fry 1. Heat ½ cup of water in a wok on high. Add vegetables, cook until tender and until most of the water has evaporated. 2.
