The Shadows - Apache (Original Stereo)
"Apache" was composed by guitarist Jerry Lordan who was inspired to write it by the 1954 film of the same name. The British instrumental group The Shadows were touring with Jerry when he played it for them, and ultimately they recorded this version which was a big hit in the UK, during the summer months of 1960. A few months after the release of this recording, Jorgen Ingmann covered the song and took it to #2 in the US in February of 1961. Today this song is considered one of the greatest guitar tracks ever recorded.

Soda Stereo - Persiana Americana.
Soda Stereo were an argentine rock band from Buenos Aires, Argentina. They were a power trio made up of singer-songwriter Gustavo Cerati, Hector "Zeta" Bosio on bass, and Carlos Alberto Ficicchia (Charly Alberti) on drums. Their career spanned from 1984--1997, and was followed up by a short comeback tour in 2007-2008. Soda Stereo began as a new wave outfit influenced by The Police, The Specials, Television, The Cure, XTC, and Argentine rock. Their music evolved toward a heavier alternative rock sound throughout the 90's, eventually drawing influences from classic rock, shoegaze, and Britpop. Soda Stereo were the first Latin rock group to achieve success throughout the whole of South and Central America, where they have sold more than 7 million copies alone. They are considered to be pioneers of the Rock En Español, Ibero-American Rock, and Latin Rock genres. The band established what would become the template for many other popular Spanish-speaking rock music groups. Soda Stereo has topped the all time lists in much of Latin America and in their native Argentina, where they set landmarks in record sales and concert attendances.In 2002 Soda Stereo was awarded the Legend Prize by MTV Latin America, the first prize to be awarded of its kind.

Lennon claimed he wrote the first two lines on separate acid trips. The song was in The Beatles' 1967 television film and album Magical Mystery Tour, and was the B-side to the #1 hit "Hello, Goodbye". Lennon composed the avant-garde song by combining three songs he had been working on. When he learned that a teacher at his old primary school was having his students analyse Beatles' lyrics, he added a verse of nonsense words. The walrus is a reference to the walrus in Lewis Carroll's "The Walrus and the Carpenter" (from the book Through the Looking-Glass). Lennon expressed dismay upon belatedly realizing that the walrus was a villain in the poem.

Written by John Lennon (credited to Lennon/McCartney), the song was recorded during the filming of the "Lady Madonna" promotional video, and is one of the few Beatles songs to revolve around a piano riff. The song was used in an animated segment of the Yellow Submarine film which initially appeared only in European theatrical prints. It was restored and seen for the first time in 30 years for the film's 1999 re-release. To promote the reissue, Apple went back to the original footage shot for the "Lady Madonna" promo film and restructured it for use as a promotional clip for "Hey Bulldog" (as it is possible to identify what they were playing, and therefore possible to synchronize the music with the original footage).

DAICON IV オープニングアニメ （リマスター音源） Details on this project: I had planned for many years to try my hand at developing remastered renditions of the Daicon III and IV films. I knew that the easy part, if it could be called that, would be the audio, particularly in the case of Daicon IV. Daicon III represents a likely impossible challenge due to the fact that it utilizes many sound effects, the origins of which will probably never be known, never mind accessible. Most of the music cues in Daicon III are also proving somewhat difficult to secure in acceptable quality (non-LP, for a start). Daicon IV uses no sound effects and only three tracks of music, from two albums. After securing a 160kbps MP3 of one, and lossless iterations of the others, I decided it was time to begin. The inexact nature of the utilization of the cues in the film posed unique challenges. For one thing, none of the tracks used in the film play at their proper speeds. For another, several subtle edits were made to each track, in order to force them to better fit the pacing of the visuals in Daicon IV, and these edits had to be identified and matched with precision. Some of the audio is even stereo reversed, or phase inverted. These anomalies were faithfully reproduced. Everything was done in 32 bit mode. The result is pristine-sounding stereo audio whose timings are such a close match for the original that a person could almost use one to cancel out the other, barring some notable differences ...

The Beatles Strawberry Fields Forever (2009 Stereo Remaster)
"Strawberry Fields Forever" is a song by the English rock band The Beatles. Although formally attributed to John Lennon and Paul McCartney, the song is acknowledged as having been composed predominantly by Lennon. It was inspired by a Salvation Army house near Lennon's childhood home. "Strawberry Fields Forever" was originally intended for the album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967), but was instead released in February 1967 as a double A-side single with Paul McCartney's "Penny Lane". "Strawberry Fields Forever" reached number eight in the US, with numerous critics describing it as one of the group's best recordings It is one of the defining works of the psychedelic rock genre and has been covered by many other artists. The song was later included on the US Magical Mystery Tour LP (though not on the British double EP package of the same name). The Strawberry Fields memorial in New York City's Central Park was named after the song

The Beatles - Abbey Road Medley (Full) Conventional Stereo Mix

READ THIS: For best audio quality watch the video in 720p 360p seems to cut off the bass frequencies and changes the listening experience, aside from adding in some horrible low quality sounds it's not how I intended it to be heard. The Abbey Road Medley, I remixed the medley to give it a more conventional stereo mix. For example the drums are centered instead of off to one side like they are on the original album version, but when there are 2 tracks of drums, like in carry that weight, they are still panned left and right as they were. Also included is the final chord of Her Majesty. If you're a Beatles purist you might not want to watch this as it is not how they intended it to be heard but it has been a fun project for me to work on over the past few weeks. And hey! you get to hear little tid bits that are harder to hear in the original mix like the tubular bells in You Never Give Me Your Money, bet you didn't even know they existed did you? (Don't tell me if you did, that'll just make me look like an idiot) And I fixed a few bum notes that were in there, I just copied the same note from the next verse. However if hearing the Beatles music mixed (in my opinion, better) is something you enjoy you may want to buy a copy of the Yellow Submarine Songtrack which includes many more conventional stereo mixes of other Beatles songs.
