Dallas Holocaust Museum - Roger Staubach Tribute

The Dallas Holocaust Museum, in association with the Kelley Group, approached the everitt team to create an engaging and inspirational video to honor Roger Staubach at the organization's annual "Hope for Humanity" dinner. The museum wanted to tell the story of how Staubach has been an upstander to intolerance and bigotry during his life through a visually compelling video. Our team encompassed Staubach's spirit through a documentary style video that was featured during the celebratory dinner. Using a variety of footage, including interviews from Staubach's family and friends, as well as local celebrities and politicians, we told his story by focusing on five core values: balance, integrity, leadership, respect and teamwork. Using those five values as an outline, we blended together interviews, old photos and footage to create a video that reflects the leadership Staubach has demonstrated throughout the Dallas community. Teaming with producers from the Kelley Group, the high definition video provided a visual support and in-depth look at Staubach's life and legacy.

The "ORIGINAL" Hail Mary

This is the original Hail Mary which changed the game of football and led to the "PREVENT" defensive scheme. The Hall of Fame requires that a player's participation was a "game changer" in the sport. Besides his other contributions to this legendary franchise, Drew Pearson satisified that qualification with this play in ways that no other player has ever been remembered and he should be inducted with other receivers from that era into the Hall of Fame. It isn't fair to hold a bias against him just because he was a Dallas Cowboy. He was a damn good receiver and a game changer.
