My Makeup Station
A look inside my makeup station. This station holds everything i need and then some. Its on legs and can be moved around via wheels. It has six lights, 3 on each side. This system cost me a bomb, but i really really like it so i think it was worth it. NOTE: I paid for everything in this video. Nothing was free. the station cost me £1200. I got no discount on this system. I get the same discount on make up for ever as i do with MAC. I just happen to like make up for ever slightly better as i think the foundations and colours are nicer. You can buy make up for ever in the UK from www.makeup-provisions.com they also sell makeup stations. NOTE: this makeup station is called voyager by cantoni. Everyone can get their work in at once -- and it's very motivating, because you'll have to keep up with the other guys or girls working out with you. Here's the breakdown: -- 30 SECONDS PER STATION -- NO REST BETWEEN STATIONS (AND MINIMIZE TRANSITION TIME) STATION 1: DECLINE SIT-UPS -- Use a decline bench, or put plates under one end of a regular bench to create a decline. Put your hands on your head, and sit up by crunching your abs. Do not pull on your neck with your hands, and be sure to control your movement at all times especially if you are a beginner. STATION 2: LEG RAISE -- Use a dip station, or hold yourself on two elevated objects (such as two tables or counter tops) if you don't have one. Keep your legs almost straight, and kick them up in the air above your waist. Initiate the movement from your abs -- it should feel like your body is folding together like a jack-knife. STATION 3: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS -- Start in a push-up position. Step one foot up underneath your waist, and then the other. Repeat this for 30 seconds. To make it more challenging, place your hands lower along your body and support more of your weight with your hands. And if you'd like to get a ripped body and six pack abs, my recommendation is start using Afterburn Training. STS-132 Underway - Atlantis Heads to Space Station
The six-member crew of STS-132 began their 12-day mission to the International Space Station with the May 14 liftoff of space shuttle Atlantis at 2:20 pm Eastern from NASA's Kennedy Space Center, Fla. Commander Ken Ham, Pilot Tony Antonelli and Mission Specialists Garrett Reisman, Steve Bowen, Mike Good and Piers Sellers are delivering to the ISS a cargo carrier filled with spare parts and Rassvet, the Russian Mini Research Module-1.
Expedition 31 Trio Blasts Off for International Space Station
NASA Flight Engineer Joseph Acaba, Russian Soyuz Commander Gennady Padalka and Flight Engineer Sergei Revin lifted off for the International Space Station at 11:01 pm EDT Monday, May 14 (9:01 am Baikonur time on May 15), from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Acaba, Padalka and Revin are scheduled to dock their Soyuz TMA-04M spacecraft to the Poisk module of the station at 12:38 am Thursday, May 17. They will join Expedition 31 Commander Oleg Kononenko of the Russian Federal Space Agency and Flight Engineers Don Pettit of NASA and André Kuipers of the European Space Agency, who have been aboard the orbiting laboratory since December 23, 2011. The six astronauts and cosmonauts will work together for about two months.
ORBITAL DEBRIS SAFELY PASSES INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION
A small piece of Cosmos 2251 satellite debris safely passed by the International Space Station at 2:38a.m. EDT, Saturday March 24 allowing the six Expedition 30 crew members onboard the orbiting complex to exit their Soyuz spacecraft and resume normal activities. The crew sheltered in the two Soyuz spacecraft as a precaution, the third time in station history that a crew has had to shelter in place due to the possibility of a conjunction with orbital debris and the first since June 2011. NASA's Expedition 30 Commander Dan Burbank and Russian cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Anatoly Ivanishin were in their Soyuz TMA-22 spacecraft attached to the Poisk module on the space-facing side of the Zvezda service module, while cosmonaut Oleg Kononenko, NASA's Don Pettit and Andre Kuipers of the European Space Agency were in their Soyuz TMA-03M spacecraft on the Earth-facing side of the Zarya module. The piece of debris was a remnant of a Feb. 10, 2009 collision between the dormant Cosmos 2251 satellite and an operational Iridium 33 communications satellite. The collision added about 2000 trackable items to the orbital debris catalog. At the time of closest approach, the debris was moving from left to right in front of the station at an estimated overall miss distance of between 11 and 14 kilometers and a radial miss distance of 120 meters.

Unlike most hypercoasters, Titan is a combination of an out and back roller coaster and a twister roller coaster. Titan begins by lifting riders up a 245-foot (75 m) hill and then takes a 255-foot (78 m) drop entering a 120-foot (37 m) tunnel. Immediately after the tunnel, riders are taken through a large Carousel turn. Following the Carousel turn, riders encounter a large camel back. The train subsequently enters an uphill 540 degree helix which leads to the mid-course brake run. Next, trains maneuver an overbanked turn, followed by the 2nd, downhill, 540 degree helix. Afterwards, the trains navigate an over-banked turn to the left and then another to the right. After this, the trains hit the final brake run and reenter the station. When the train returns to the station, a cloud of mist can be seen under the train. Giovanola, the company that constructed Titan, had problems with wheels on the trains overheating. This is an unedited video shot in 1080p of the AT&SF Steam Locomotive 3751 doing a high speed pass. It was taken on May 2, 2010, at the Carlsbad, CA, Poinsettia Station. My six year old son is with me and you can hear me in the video telling him to keep low as the train is about to steam through the station at 60mph. My wife and daughter are on board in the full dome car (4th car from the end). We rode the train that day from Downtown San Diego to Oceanside, California. A Canon 7D with a Canon EF-S 10-22mm lens was used to take the video.

Only 15 players in Major League Baseball history have ever turned an unassisted triple play (with one coming in the World Series, in 1920 by Cleveland Indians second baseman Bill Wambsganss), where they have unilaterally been responsible for recording all three outs of a half inning by themselves on a single play. Now those 15 baseball statistical icons have been joined by a 6-year-old. Really. Expedition 27 Crew Prepares for Launch as their Soyuz Rocket Move to Launch Pad
The Soyuz TMA-21 spacecraft and its booster and were moved to the launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on a railcar April 2 for final preparations before launch April 5, Baiknour time, to the International Space Station. The Soyuz will carry Expedition 27 Soyuz Commander Alexander Samokutyaev, NASA Flight Engineer Ron Garan and Russian Flight Engineer Andrey Borisenko to the complex. The trio will spend six months on the station, joining station Commander Dmitry Kondratyev, NASA Flight Engineer Cady Coleman and European Space Agency Flight Engineer Paolo Nespoli, who have been in orbit since December 2010. Samokutyaev, Garan and Borisenko are in final training for launch with their backups, Anatoly Ivanishin, Dan Burbank and Anton Shkaplerov. The footage includes interviews with Astronaut Nicole Stott, STS-133 Mission Specialist, and with Mike Lopez-Alegria, Deputy Director for ISS, NASA Flight Crew Operations.

After an acclaimed solo folk album "Welcome Here Kind Stranger" (1978) which won the Melody maker Folk Album of the year, he released "Hard Station" in 1981 which was an original reworking of his earlier influences. The albums which followed established Paul as the pre-eminent Irish singer-songwriter of his generation. In 2001, Paul released 'The Missing Liberty Tapes' featuring a lost live recording of a Paul Brady concert in Dublin in 1978. The classic record also features Andy Irvine, Donal Lunny, Liam O'Flynn, Matt Molloy, Paddy Glackin and Noel Hill. In August 2002 RTE television, Ireland's national TV station,filmed a six programme series featuring Paul's music, called 'The Paul Brady Songbook'. Shown to acclaim in Ireland the series is now available on a three hour DVD. In 2004 Paul recorded in Nashville, the result of which was the 2005 released album 'Say What You Feel' an organic and fresh sounding record, mostly cut live and in one or two takes at most per song. The BBC has announced plans for a restructure of some of its services. As part of that restructure, 6 Music, a radio station that caters almost perfectly to my tastes, is to close. Adam Buxton, one of the DJs on the station, made a little song to encourage people to show their support and try to change the minds of the powers that be. I have made a little video for that little song. I have made it very quickly (by my standards) so it's a bit wobbly in places. I thought it was fairly obvious, but apparently not. The man with the stripe on his face is meant to be David Bowie. Any hair that you don't recognise, except for the Bowie one, is from Arealight's Custom Work - google for link. CSI 825A++ hot air rework station review
A quick and dirty review of my CSI 825A++ hot air rework station. This has been very useful in the six months that I have had it. Its a common piece of gear on eBay these days and its rebadged by a few different companies, Circuit Specialists Europe, Aoyue, Atten etc. They usually sell for about £100, well worth the money if you are doing any kind of surface mount work.

Classic Game Room reviews the 6 button Sega Genesis controller MK-1470 and renames it the MK-1470X because there are two different yet similar controllers with the exact same model numbers!! The MK1470 Sega Genesis (Sega Mega Drive) controller has a cheap build quality compared to the original Sega Genesis controllers and rattles like crazy because of loose construction. This X model of the 1470 has an odd color scheme and looks a bit like the original 3-button Genesis controller but feels dirt cheap compared to its siblings.
Dragon's Demo on This Week @NASA
The scheduled May 19th launch of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and Dragon spacecraft on the first commercial venture to the International Space Station was aborted with t-minus zero-point-five seconds left in the countdown. Early data shows that high chamber pressure in Engine #5 caused a cutoff of all nine engines at T- 0.5 seconds. SpaceX will continue to look at the data and inspect the engine before setting a new launch date. The next possible opportunity is May 22 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. Meanwhile, the three newest residents of the International Space Station were greeted by their Expedition 31 crewmates after their Soyuz capsule docked safely with the orbiting laboratory following its two day-plus journey from Kazakhstan. Soyuz commander Gennady Padalka, NASA flight engineer Joe Acaba, and Russian flight engineer Sergei Revin are slated to spend the next five months on the station. Expedition 31 will conclude, and 32 will begin, when Oleg Kononenko, Andre Kuipers, and Don Pettit return to Earth on July first after spending more than six months aboard the ISS. STS-129 HD Launch
Space shuttle Atlantis and its six-member crew began an 11-day delivery flight to the International Space Station on Monday with a 2:28 pm EST launch from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The shuttle will transport spare hardware to the outpost and return a station crew member who spent more than two months in space. Atlantis is carrying about 30000 pounds of replacement parts for systems that provide power to the station, keep it from overheating, and maintain a proper orientation in space. The large equipment can best be transported using the shuttle's unique capabilities.
