You must increase one of the two, or both to get faster. Use this high knee speed drill to get faster. By wearing Kbands during this drill you will fire more muscles then you would without the kbands. Complete intervals of 15 seconds with Kbands and immediately for 12 seconds without the kbands. The most important thing to remember is work into the set without the kbands as fast as you can. The feather like feeling you have in your legs will give you the ability to move your legs faster. By stimulating more muscle fibers athletes will have the ability to run faster. Follow along in the video and head to our website to find many other drills you can do to increase your speed.

I noticed a few guys said that this was similar to tmart's video. While we both mention the 15 weapon change timer the core of this is really about 2 weapons that give you extreme conditioning without that perk. The core of his video is that SMGs run faster (not longer) than the other classes. If you think they are the same you're not a COD player. :) I mentioned all these comments to tmart and he said, "Wasn't even close to copying, how did you figure that out?" I didn't figure either one out. One came from a youtube message and the other came from reddit. Those and my facebook page are my primary sources for MW3 intel. Samsung Conquer 4G (Sprint) smartphone hands-on video tour
MobileBurn.com - The Samsung Conquer 4G is the first WiMAX smartphone from Sprint to be released at a price point south of $100 on contract. Because of this lower price point, the Conquer 4G does not have the most up-to-date specs or the largest screen on the market. Its 1GHz Snapdragon processor and bone-stock build of Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread is no slouch though, and get the job done for most intents and purposes. The 3.5-inch screen is HVGA (320 x 480 pixel) resolution, but it appears to be noticeably granier and more pixelly than one would expect for a screen of this size. The Conquer 4G has a 3 megapixel rear camera, with flash and autofocus, and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera. It does not record HD video however. Full review: bit.ly The HTC EVO 4G from Sprint uses HTC's Sense user interface, meaning that you get seven homescreens and a wide variety of highly functional widgets. You can also use Scenes, which are preconfigured sets of widgets for different scenarios. With the EVO 4G's fast processor, loading up all of the homescreens with lots of widgets doesn't slow the device noticeably. The Leap feature lets you instantly zoom out to see all of your homescreens in one easy view. This is very helpful in managing lots of widgets, if you use them. We also show you the web browser. While it's not as fast as that on Froyo on the Nexus One, it's quite capable, and the large screen on the EVO makes viewing websites an easy task.
