The key is simply know who you are, stay in honour and stand your ground peacefully. I was in "court" because I parked mine or my wife's conveyance on my Sovereign land (ie) lawn. No ticket, straight to a court summons issued on a fictitious entity. On and for the record this file was filled with goodies and they waited until the entire case docket was done before they called a name that sounded familiar as in an account that I am administer for. Unfortunately for the court, there were over 20 people there in support of me and most of them were Sovereigns as well...Included in the room were 3 other Peace Officers from WFS and myself, a sworn to the people Peace Officer and duly witnessed and Notarized as such....Hope this is helpful...Case dismissed with cause and prejudice, note the judge bowing before he abandoned the court. On the one hand, Hobbes is a stern defender of political absolutism. The Hobbesian doctrine of sovereignty dictates complete monopoly of power within a given territory and over all institutions of civilian or ecclesiastical authority. On the other hand, Hobbes insists on the fundamental equality of human beings. He maintains that the state is a contract between individuals, that the sovereign owes his authority to the will of those he governs and is obliged to protect the interests of the governed by assuring civil peace and security. Sovereign Debt: The Next Crisis - Marc Faber
Posted Jan 13, 2010 01:00pm EST After every financial crisis there's a sovereign debt crisis, Marc Faber says. Countries that borrowed too much during the boom times start struggling to pay their competitors back, and eventually some of them default. The countries most likely to blow up this time around are the "PIIGS": Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece, and Spain. One ore more of them, Faber says, will likely default in the next couple of years. And, that could result in the death of the Euro currency. Longer-term, Faber says, Japan and the US are in line for the same fate. The US crisis won't hit us this year or next year. But within 5-10 years, the United States will be forced to quietly default on its debt, most likely by printing money and destroying the value of the currency. The main problem comes down to two things: 1) ballooning debts and 2) future interest costs. As these charts from Faber's Gloom, Boom, And Doom Report show, in the past decade, the US government's total debt and liabilities have gone through the roof, especially when Fannie, Freddie, Medicare, and Social Security are taken into account. This trend is unsustainable, and it will correct itself only through a rapid acceleration of economic growth and tax revenues, a new-found financial discipline, or a crisis--or a combination of all three. Sovereign Citizen Movement - Fourteenth Amendment
This is an audio test that I made at a classroom on American History. One of the criticisms of the SD600 and TM700 was fan noise that was audible during filming. IMHO the audio system is very good. No external mic was used. The lecturer is no doubt controversial but I found it thought provoking snd I may use some of this footage for a documentary I'm working on. I believe this was concerning independent grand juries and so called runaway grand juries. Later I found out that this teacher promotes what is called sovereign citizenship. A unique doctrine that believes that the US government since the "illegal" adaption of the 14th Amendment has eroded the original status of Citizen with a capital C to something less, citizen with a small c. They also believe that since the 14th Amendment the United States has been in a state of perpetual war (or state of emergency) that has further eroded individual rights. These ideas have gained in popularity in recent years due to an overbearing and incompetent government that has frustrated the people of the United States.
