Several of these are repeats or fakes. Montreal video was UPLOADED to youtube on January 11 2012 -- clearly with leaves on the trees.. not from Jan/2012 . here is the link www.youtube.com Kiev video at the end is from 2011 it would appear.. again uploaded on Jan 11 2011 . If you spot anything else that stands out as "odd" for being January 2012 --- let me know in the comments.. is this some kind of copy-cat effect going on here? 1 hoax multiplied maybe? Or is it the real deal?! Im on the fence. Something strange is afoot for sure --- unknown sounds heard globally over the past few days.. basically starting up in rapid pace on January 11, 2012 --- up until today (jan 16 2012). I don't know how long this will continue, or what it is. You know how when you slow a Justin Bieber song down by 800%, you get a neat ambient track? Well if you do this kind of thing with the most horrible sound in the world OH MY GOD I CAN NEVER SLEEP AGAIN This was made with a program named PaulStretch, which can make this sort of thing from any sound files. I edited the final product a bit to remove long silences and some white noise length, and to try to even the volume out a bit. I didn't add any echo or whatnot, that's just what happens when you want to slow down a sound file without affecting the pitch or sounding like shit, so blame the program, not me. Simon began working on the song sometime after the Kennedy assassination. He had made progress on the music but had yet to get down the lyrics. On 19 February 1964 the lyrics apparently coalesced, and Simon showed the new composition to Garfunkel the same day. Shortly afterward, the duo began to perform it at folk clubs in New York. They recorded it for the first time on March 10, and included the track on their debut album, Wednesday Morning, 3 AM, released that October.[2] The album flopped upon its release, and the duo split up, with Simon going to England for much of 1965. There he often performed the song solo in folk clubs, and recorded it for a second time on his solo LP in May 1965, The Paul Simon Songbook. In the meantime, Simon and Garfunkel's producer at Columbia Records in New York, Tom Wilson, had learned that the song had begun to receive airplay on radio stations in Boston, Massachusetts and around Gainesville and Cocoa Beach, Florida.
