Here's how it's done: DUMBBELL MILITARY PRESS - 4 DROP-SETS: Just like a regular military press, but with dumbbells. Try to arch your back and bend your legs as little as possible to really isolate your shoulders. UPRIGHT ROW - 4 DROP SETS: Hold the dumbbells in front of you, and row them upwards towards you head. Try to avoid SWINGING the weight up with your back -- stand as straight as possible, and move the weight upwards with your shoulders. I didn't have any lighter dumbbells, but as I said in the video usually I will use a lighter weight than this and use my back less when doing this. Complete Shoulder Workout - Front, Side, & Rear Delts

Seated DB presses for overall mass, then side lateral raises for side delts, bent over flyes for rear delts, & plate raises for front delts. For each exercise in this workout start off with 1-2 light weight warm up sets. Then do 3 heavier working sets of 10 reps for each exercise. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets. You should train your shoulders once a week. The deltoids come into play a lot during your chest workouts, back workouts, and arm workouts. So you don't need to do direct shoulder training any more then once a week. Fixing Hunched, Rolled Over Shoulders
scoobysworkshop.com Rolled over, stooped, hunched shoulders is a common problem with beginning and intermediate bodybuilders. We are going to talk about what causes it and how to fix it. Often its not a posture issue which can be fixed just by thinking about it and holding yourself in a certain position but rather a muscular imbalance. Here is an example of what it looks like: Bad posture is never good for the body but its equally bad for the appearance and rolled over shoulders is no exception. If your shoulders are rolled over, it makes your chest looks smaller, your shoulders narrower, and makes you look ape because of the what happens to your arm positioning -- more on that later. In bodybuilders, rolled over, hunched shoulders is often from an exercise induced muscular imbalance. The most common way this happens is with people who just do bench press and bicep curls. They get these huge strong pecs but don't develop any muscles on their back to help counteract the pecs so their shoulders get pulled forward forward and toward each other causing their torso to cup forward. If you are not sure if over-strong pecs are your problem, check this out. Stand relaxed with your hands at your sides and then look where your thumbs are pointing. If your chest, shoulder, and back muscles are well balanced then your thumbs will point forward or slightly inward. Home Shoulder Exercise (SIDE DELTS - No Equipment!)
athleanx.com - Bigger Shoulders in 90 Days You may be familiar with home shoulder exercises such as the pike pushup, wall pushup or shoulder handstand pushups but there are not many options for targeting the side deltoids specifically. In this video, I'm going to show you a bodyweight shoulder exercise that you can do at home with literally no equipment. No dumbbells, no tubing and no barbells are needed to train your shoulders (and zero in on those side delts) once you've tried this. To perform this side delt bodyweight exercise all you have to do is get in a plank position with your forearms in contact with the ground. Begin by dropping down just a bit (collapsing on the forearm) and then reversing the motion and pushing up as you rotate your body away from the working shoulder. It should look like you're doing a T-Stand plank or pushup. The shoulder and side delts of the arm on the ground will be fired up and your core will be working as well to stabilize you. Do as many reps as you can of this shoulder exercise and then switch to the other arm. The important concept here is "relative motion". Reverse Fly For Shoulder
www.scoobysworkshop.com Lots of people make the mistake of just doing their favorite exercises rather than doing a well rounded workout. For example, lets take the bench press people, you can spot them easily they walk around like this. Their chests are so out-of proportion strong that it seems to pull their shoulders forward like a dry leaf. Dont let this happen to you! Its really important for the health of your shoulders and knees that all the muscles, even the small ones, are strong and in balance. With shoulders many people just like doing the pressing exercises because you can do a lot of weight with presses but as I mentioned before its important to keep things in balance. The reverse fly is one of those important exercises, it works the back of the shoulders, the traps, the upper back, and can help with posture. The right way to do this exercise is to bend over so the back is horizontal and motionless, you can lightly touch your head to a table or bench to give tactile feedback that you are remaining motionless. From this position, we slowly raise the dumbbells up with straight arms till the dumbbells are as high as our shoulders, we hold in this position for a second, then slowly let the weight down. When the weights are in the up position, your body should look like a "T" when viewed from above , your arms should be in a line with each other not swept back like a 747 ready for takeoff.
