Deonna Shipman
Deonna's non-custodial father, Jeffery Shipman abducted her and is believed to have taken her out of the country to England or Germany. Three-year-old Deonna Shipman went missing from her mom's home in Liverpool, New York, USA on July 12, 2007. Her 47-year-old father, Jeffery Shipman, picked up his daughter earlier that day on a court appointed visit. He was supposed to bring her back the following morning but he never returned. Jeffery Shipman is 5' 11'' and weighs about 220 pounds. He is an American citizen and speaks with an American accent. The Onondaga County Sherriffs Office has issued a New York State Missing Child Alert and a federal felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the Jeffery Shipman on July 18, 2007. They are worried that Deonna may be in trouble. Deonna's mother Luba is desperate for any information leading to her safe return. Tie the Shipmans Buzzer with Steve Cullen
Follow the step-by-step guide with TFF Editor Steve Cullen and tie the Shipmans Buzzer. This great little dry-come-damp pattern is a fly that will, quite often, outperform more conventional hackled patterns due to its low-lying make up. Dave Shipman, the originator, came up with it so that he could fool some of the large, surface-feeding trout of Rutland Water. The pattern has been designed so that it sits right in the surface film, just like a hatching, or trapped, midge. The clever use of the white Antron as breathers at the either end keeps the pattern high floating, the greater surface area and the light-wire hook means that its very light indeed. The body is, originally, seals-fur dubbing but coloured Antron can also be used to give it even more floatability. This can be teased out with a dubbing needle or Velcro to give it that that rough-and-ready look. The fly is treated with floatant before fishing commences and this means it floats for a very long time and only a few false casts are needed to shed any water. Dame Justice Janet Smith was in charge of the public inquiry that lasted nearly 4 years, cost nearly £21 million and looked at 1000 cases. Here Lady Justice Smith is remarkably frank and open in discussing the central question: "The Shipman Inquiry: Was it worth it?" In this first of six parts, Lady Justice Smith discusses how she came to be involved in the inquiry, and how she guided the overall direction of the inquiry and thus doubled the cost and the time-frame. She explains the extent of the work to investigate Shipman's crimes and what they found. This is the first part of Lady Justice Smith's speech on the Shipman inquiry. Deonna Shipman||Family Abduction (FOUND)
On the 12th July 2007 3-year-old Deonna Shipman was picked up by her non custodial father (Jeffery Shipman). Her mother has not seen her since. Deonna and Jeffery flown to London Heathrow from JFK that day. Deonna can speak both English and Ukranian. The FBI beleive that Deonna and Jeffrey may be in England or Germany. Jeffrey has bought four plane tickets two to London and two to Frankfurt. According to Deonna's mum when Jeffrey was told that he could have custody Deonna he stated if he cannot have his daughter then no one shall. Deonna has a red birthmark on the back of her neck near her hairline. She also has both ears pierced. Deonna's mum has said "He was on all sorts of medications. I don't know if he is on any now. That's why I'm concered." Jeffrey is beleived to be suicidal. "I don't even know if she's alive, you know. I don't even know if I'm going to see her, you know.
