Jack the sheep who thinks he's a dog
A sheep rescued as a lamb and brought up with a springer spaniel is now convinced he is - a SHEEP DOG. Six-month-old Jack is so sure he is a canine he fetches sticks, wears a collar and a lead, jumps up on his hind legs - and even tries to BARK. Astonishingly, Jack doesn't even recognise his own species and tries to HERD sheep when he is put in the field with the rest of the flock. Owners Alison Sinstadt, 48, and her partner Simon Sherwin, 50, were stunned when the Lleyn sheep was befriended by their nine-year-old springer spaniel Jessie.

THIS is not something ewe see every day — a swarm of sheep running circles around a car. Video footage shows the woolly animals closing in on the pale blue motor on a farm yard. The driver repeatedly beeps his horn to move them along but the sheep "cyclone" is so effective at preventing him from passing that the car can only crawl along slowly. The video was posted to YouTube yesterday but has already had over 14800 hits and looks set to go viral. One YouTube user gave his own round-up the phenomenon, saying: "They're not running around the car, it's just the CAR'S GRAVITATIONAL FORCE."

Punkin, Icelandic Sheep (wether) and his Portuguese Water Dog friend, Rock, turn the tables on herding. Note: On 11/20/2011, Rock became only the 3rd PWD to become a Certified Urban Search and Rescue Dog, following in the footsteps of his sire, Dutch, a nationally recognized USAR dog who served at World Trade Center on 9/11 and his PWD pack mate Spider, who worked in New Orleans during the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Punkin, well, he is still happy and healthy here at Eight Pond Farm.

It took me 8 days (about 50 hours) to film and edit from start to finish. The total budget for the movie was £27.53 for the six sheep and 6 large bags of cotton wool :D The music for this movie is based on an e-mail conversation I had with my friend Mike. We discussed all sorts of things related to sheep in modern society, and this song is the result. The song was written by Mike (YouTube username 'groovymike83') but I have remixed it a bit, changing the structure and some of the lyrics.
