Search Warrant Service

Last night the Wayne County Sheriff's tactical response team provided assistance to the MEDWAY drug enforcement unit. This assistance came in the execution of a search warrant at a Plain Township residence. Upon serving the warrant agents recovered a large amount of chemicals and components used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. A resident of the home was arrested and charged with illegal manufacturing of drugs. The man has a history of similar behavior. Several other occupants of the home were also detained and may be charged with additional crimes as the investigation continues. In the past two months MEDWAY has been involved with eight methamphetamine labs in the Wayne County area. This video is from a body worn camera one of our deputies was wearing during the operation.

Austin Code Compliance executes an illegal search warrant - Part 1

UPDATE: YNN Austin covered the story at austin.ynn.com This is the video from one of four surveillance cameras, and is edited to follow the code investigators. On April 13th, Austin Code Compliance executed a search warrant at a residential property in East Austin. The warrant was issued based on two suspected violations: that a tool shed was 6 inches too close to the neighbor's fence, and that a detached structure might be too tall. Both violations were in the backyard. Both were in compliance based on communication with city zone reviewers. Code Compliance was convinced these violations still existed, and to investigate for themselves sent two code compliance investigators wearing bullet proof vests, five police officers and a health inspector. The eight officials entered the house and began to search every inch of the property, including bedrooms, closets, refrigerators, trash cans, cabinets, water heater closet, and the entire backyard. The warrant turned out to be expired, however police returned several hours after the search to drop off an updated warrant. Nothing was seized, and the investigators refused to comment on their findings. The original violations were likely cleared by this inspection, however a City Attorney representing Code Compliance indicates that the investigators will be having a meeting with representatives from other administrative departments in an attempt to think up any new violations that could possibly exist on the property. To review ...

Queensland police corrupt search warrant racket

7 News Australia broadcast finally exposing some of the well known police corruption, part of which involves illegal search warrants in the Queensland state police force. This is a widespread practice that goes way beyond the Gold Coast, has been going on for years, and this report is just a tiny tip of the iceberg of corruption. Even the Crime Commission ( and Argos) who's real job is to INVESTIGATE POLICE AND GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION does this exact "bogus search warrant" process to civilians, often in partnership with the regular police.of journalists (Crime Commission is also highly experienced in tampering with electronic evidence such as hard drives, memory cards etc to help manufacture convictions) Usually it's victims are people who speak out against corruption or illegal activity in the State government /judiciary or other departments and need to be discredited or taught a lesson. As spoken in the video, CMC can conduct "secret hearings" that breach basic legal rights such as the right to silence, right to legal representation - it is an offense to even TELL anyone including your family or solicitor that you have been ordered to appear at the secret hearing) that have been the basis of the justice system for generations. They also now have the power to hold secret interrogations of journalists (Arrogantly called "Star chamber for journalists" by the state government) , After 2 nights, this story was dropped like a hot potato and the press now avoid the topic. They ...

OMCG members charged, drugs and snake seized following search warrant - Ropes Crossing

Two men have been arrested this morning following a drug operation in western Sydney. Strike Force Jerome officers executed a search warrant at a home at Ropes Crossing, about 6.30am today, where they arrested a 36-year-old man and a 26-year-old man. During the operation police seized a firearm, ammunition and a jungle python. Police also located an improvised explosive device; however this was rendered safe by specialist police at a nearby park. The two men, who police allege are members of the Rebels OMCG, were taken to Penrith Police Station. They were later charged with firearms offences and refused bail. The men will appear in Penrith Local Court today. Today's arrest relates to investigations by Strike Force Jerome which was established by Penrith Local Area Command in February 2011. "This was a significant investigation targeting persons allegedly involved in crimes involving violence," said Penrith Crime Manager, Detective Inspector Grant Healey. "These arrests are only the beginning. We are not backing down from those who choose to break the law,' he said. "We won't put up with it, and the community shouldn't have to either." Anyone wishing to assist Strike Force Jerome with information in relation to outlaw motorcycle gangs is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

9/11 Planted Passport And Domestic Wire Taps On US Citizens, Not Just For Al-Qaeda Or Bin Laden

September 16, 2001 ABC 7 Evening News ... President Bush proudly announced in 2001 that he is planning on violating federal law. He declared that in 2002 he had ordered the National Security Agency to begin conducting warrantless wiretaps and email intercepts on Americans. He asserted that the wiretaps would continue, regardless of the law. Bush claims that he must ignore the law because the secret federal court created to authorize such wiretaps moves too slowly to protect US national security. Amazingly, his claim has been treated with respect by much of the nation's media. Much of the media groveled at his claim the same way that the special court grovels to federal agencies. In 1978, responding to scandals about political spying on Americans in the name of counterespionage, Congress passed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). FISA created a new "court" to oversee federal surveillance of foreign agents within the United States. The FISA court may be the biggest bunch of lapdogs in the federal government, even worse than the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. The court approved almost every one of the 15000 search-warrant requests the feds submitted between 1978 and 2002, and continues to approve more than 99 percent of requests. FISA provides a judicial process only in the sense that the room where the political appointees convene is called a "court." As national security expert James Bamford observed, Like a modern Star Chamber, the FISA court meets behind ...

JEFFERSON POLICE BRUTALITY: POLICE KILLED TWO DOGS AND ASSAULTED GRANDMOTHER

JEFFERSON IA—Matthew Spaulding says he and his family were terrorized at their own home by police who slammed his grandmother to the ground and shot his dogs-- missing his head by less than an inch. "Told us to get on the ground. I got on the ground they put me in handcuffs," Spaulding recalls, "Then they threw my dad to the ground and my dog Sadie was right here sniffing my head. She was next to me. They shot her. The blood got on my face and then she took off running behind me and they shot her like three more times." Tuesday morning, Greene County Sheriffs Deputies and Perry Police officers arrived at Spaulding's Jefferson farmhouse to deliver a search warrant. The Spauldings say they were immediately ordered to the ground.. even Matthew Spauldings' disabled father, Chris. "My son hit the ground I hit the ground but I didn't make it too fast so (the officer) jumped on the middle of my back, shoved his knee in and held a gun to the back of my head and handcuffed me. After they shot my first dog my mom come out" "They had taken me to the ground," Chris Spauldings' mother Susan Mace says, "So I was laying with my face in the ground. And I asked them why they shot the dog because the dogs weren't close to them" The Spauldings say after the first dog was killed, a second dog running away from the shots --- and away from police--- was also shot. "They weren't barking. They weren't attacking nobody." Matthew Spaulding says, "They didn't even give us a chance to put them in ...

Gerald Celente & Alex Jones: Economic Martial Law

Questions surround feds' raid of Stockton home STOCKTON, CA - A federal education official Wednesday morning offered little information as to why federal agents raided a Stockton man's home Tuesday morning. The resident, Kenneth Wright, does not have a criminal record and he had no reason to believe why what he thought was a SWAT team would be breaking down his door at 6 in the morning. "I look out of my window and I see 15 police officers," Wright said. As Wright came downstairs in his boxer shorts, he said the officers barged through his front door. Wright said an officer grabbed him by the neck and led him outside on his front lawn. "He had his knee on my back and I had no idea why they were there," Wright said. According to Wright, officers also woke his three young children, ages 3, 7, and 11, and put them in a Stockton police patrol car with him. Officers then searched his house. "They put me in handcuffs in that hot patrol car for six hours, traumatizing my kids," Wright said. As it turned out, the person law enforcement was looking for - Wright's estranged wife - was not there. Wright said he later went to Stockton Mayor Ann Johnston and Stockton Police Department, but learned the city of Stockton had nothing to do with the search warrant. US Department of Education spokesman Justin Hamilton confirmed for News10 Wednesday morning federal agents with the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), not local SWAT, served the search warrant. Utah SWAT team shoot and kill unarmed man during 2010 drug raid

www.politicalfailblog.com http A police video of a September drug raid in Utah provides graphic evidence of the sometimes dire consequences of SWAT-style drug law enforcement. In the video released by the Salt Lake Tribune, a member of the Weber-Morgan Narcotics Strike Force repeatedly shoots and kills resident Todd Blair as Blair steps into a hallway holding a golf club like a baseball bat. According to a Tribune article in December, Blair, while a methamphetamine user and familiar to police, was not the target of the raid and was not supposed to be in the house. In fact, police had earlier seen a man they thought was Blair leaving the house and pulled him over so he wouldn't be present during the raid. But the man was not Blair and was released, at which point police began to prepare a "dynamic entry" or no-knock raid. Police had received a warrant for a no-knock warrant after claiming in their affidavit that the house had "lookouts" who would warn of their arrival and that their suspect -- not Blair -- might attempt to destroy the evidence. The affidavit did not mention that their suspect had already moved out of the house. Because they had expected to raid an empty residence, the police SWAT team had not prepared a "dynamic entry" plan. Instead of falling back and creating one in the standard procedure, they retreated to a nearby retirement home and improvised one. They had also forgotten to bring along a copy of their search warrant -- not a legal failing in a no ...

The officer seems friendly enough when he first pulls over the white SUV. He begins by saying he isn't going to give the man behind the wheel a ticket. But his mood changes dramatically when the driver tells the cop he can't rummage through the truck. A video of the encounter posted on YouTube has become a viral Internet sensation, with more than 200000 views since it was posted last week. However, the clip offers few details. DHS to Steal Kids DNA Without A Warrant!

A Freedom of Information Act request filed by the Electronic Frontier Foundation has revealed a plan by the Department of Homeland Security to collect DNA from children 14 years old and up without a search warrant or criminal prosecution. EFF reported on Monday that the DHS plan appears to be working its way through DHS in the wake of regulations from the Department of Justice that require all federal agencies -- including DHS and its components such as ICE -- to collect DNA from individuals arrested for federal crimes as well as "from non-United States persons who are detained under the authority of the United States," whether or not they have been involved in criminal activity. "Collecting DNA from anyone detained by the government for any number of non-criminal reasons -- especially juveniles -- seems to be yet another step on the slippery slope to collecting DNA from everyone in the United States, no matter their status," writes Jennifer Lynch for the digital rights organization. The unconstitutional trend picked up traction in 2009 when the FBI joined 15 states in taking DNA samples from people who have been arrested or detained but not convicted. At the time, the FBI database contained 6.7 million DNA profiles with a backlog of 500000 cases. It expected a 15-fold increase in that number by 2012. Congress has enthusiastically jumped on the DNA collection bandwagon under the cover of protecting children. The Katie Sepich Enhanced DNA Collection Act of 2010 uses the ...
