Mini loader - Schaffer's smallest articulated mini loader, often called a mini digger showing a number of tools in operation - 4-in-1, leveling bar, Digga rippers, grab bucket, pallet forks, trencher, post hole auger. In 1978 swedish guitarist Janne Schaffer teamed up with Jeff Porcaro + Joe Mike & Steve to produce some funky tracks for his solo album Earmeal. Jeff Porcaro drums Janne guitar Joe percussion Mike bass J:son Lindh/Robinsson keyboard. This track has been sampled frequently by rap and hip hop groups like Lady of Rage, KRS-1. His non-musical hobbies include motorcycles and Schaffer is also an avid American Civil War enthusiast, with particular interest in the Battle of Gettysburg, which inspired his longest song to date, the 32 minute opus, "Gettysburg (1863)" from the 2004 Iced Earth album, The Glorious Burden, a concept album about various historical topics. Lyrically, Jon is inspired by fantasy, science fiction and horror stories (his Something Wicked Saga is a series of two and a half science-fiction concept albums), and is known to be an avid collector of Star Wars merchandise.

He is best known for his work as a session guitarist for ABBA but he has also recorded with artists such as Bob Marley, Johnny Nash, Art Farmer and Tony Williams. He also played at the 1977 Montreux Jazz Festival. His 1979 album Earmeal included session work from brothers Jeff, Steve and Mike Porcaro, as well as their father, Joe Porcaro. This is one of the few instances where the entire Porcaro family appears together on one album, the most well-known examples being Toto's Toto IV and The Seventh One. Schaffer is a member of the Electric Banana Band where he plays guitar as the character 'Zebra'. Schaffer received the Albin Hagström Memorial Prize in 1999. Transcript: For decades user experience designers operated based on craftsmanship. We were a few skilled people with a apprentices. Operating inside organizations in little pockets. But now the return on UX work is known, organizations want more UX work. They want lots of UX work. There are mountains of development projects in most organizations. The Nielson Group group ran a study of 863 design projects and found that on average they spent 8-10% of their budget on usability work. To keep it simple, 10% of the development budget should be spent on UX, which is generally a lot of work. And the mountains of UX work, that has to be done differently. We can't have serious industrial strength usability based on isolated craftsmanship. Think about building a hospital, that will handle mountains of patients. Would you just hire a bunch of really smart doctors. No, you need smart doctors, but first you need to design and set up the hospital. You need facilities, and equipment, and standards, and methods, and forms, and pipes, and training and certification and cleaning supplies. You need an organizational structure to make those doctors work as part of a cohesive organization. A big hospital is not just a lot of really smart doctors and an industrial strength usability practice is not ...
