Wesley Reid Scantlin (born June 9, 1972 in Kansas City, Missouri) is a songwriter, lead singer and guitarist for the post-grunge band Puddle Of Mudd. Scantlin graduated from high school in 1990 from Park Hill High School in Kansas City. He also has a son, Jordan, born in 1997 from a previous relationship, and is cousin to Melana Scantlin
