"'Sax and Violence' is meant to have been a sax solo by Zoot for episode 102 of The Muppet Show. Before he begins his song, he doesn't want to play it, but Nigel talks him into it by threatening to get a new sax player. During the performance, Zoot blows small notes of music at a time, and halfway through the performance, Mahna Mahna shows up playing a bell and wildly hitting Zoot's saxophone and face. A shot of Zoot blowing his sax from this number was shown at the very end of the It's the Muppets videos from 1993, and this same shot was used at the end of The Muppet Show reruns on Nickelodeon. It was also used for the music of a montage on The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson. Adam Carrillo plays the standard "Have You Met Miss Jones?". He had the chance to play with a top notch rhythm section during an audition recording. In the true art of improvisation the group came together for the very first time for this recording! As a result Adam was selected as a member of the inaugural Jazz Band of America. Adam will be performing in March with Wynton Marsalis. The Jazz Band of America will also open for the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra.

No one can play a ballard on the tenor sax like Ben Webster, so much from the heart, this is while he was in the UK in the 1960's, also a young Stan Tracy on piano. Benjamin Francis Webster (March 27, 1909 -- September 20, 1973), Webster, born in Kansas City, Missouri, was considered one of the three most important "swing tenors" along with Coleman Hawkins and Lester Young. Known affectionately as "The Brute",he had a tough, raspy, and brutal tone on stomps (with his own distinctive growls), yet on ballads he played with warmth and sentiment. Stylistically he was indebted to alto star Johnny Hodges, who, he said, taught him to play his instrument.

They were rewarded for it and brought back a Final qualification, placing 21st in the Final. Who are they? Sunstroke project is a symbiosis of a violin, saxophone and live vocals, making up a fashionable chaos of music. They've given concerts in more than 30 cities and 40 clubs all over Europe and have had many hits. That all is in spite the fact they were founded less than 2 years ago. Olia Tira has moved around a lot in her early years as she was born in the family of an officer. She even lived in the Far East but went to school in her native Moldova. Even though she's only 21, she's already achieved a lot, having released an album already and taking part in international song contests. She is hosting a morning show on one of the TV channels and her pictures are on the covers of many popular magazines, her songs are very popular and you can hear them on TV and all radio stations in Moldova.
