I can't belive it's only two days left to season 7! So this is basically my homage to Supernatural. The boys have been through so much, and dealt with so many monsters and big bads, and now they may even have to fight Castiel! Except from the ending, there is basically no logic or cronology in this vid, it's just an assembly of kick-ass moments. God knows there has been a few. Bring it on, season 7!

*HD* Hey guys! So here is "Swap our places" A vid about Sam & Dean Winchester, featured with the song: "Running up that hill" by Placebo. First of all, This vid is a gift to Verucasalt123 (here's the link of her lj: verucasalt123.livejournal.com/ ) who requested a Sam/Dean vid with this particular song. It was a little hard to make because "Running up that hill" is a song that got some deep and emotional meaning. And the highest angst we had on SPN been during Season five, my favorite but also the one I watch the less. The first part of the vid is Dean's POV. "This is our one shot Sammy, we gotta take it no matter what" We're watching Dean sacrificed everything to save the world when the only thing he want to do is give everything to save Sam. We're watching him suffered because of Sam's actions, but somehow matching them in his own way, because they are both humans and at that time, during season four, they were both getting darker. Finally we realized that the only reason, Dean is sinking is the weight of Sam's sufferance. Making a deal with god, or a demon isn't going to help them run up the hill. But Dean would gladly swap their places. The second part is Sam's POV. "You'll never punish me as much as I punishing myself." This quote is from 5x05. Strangely it's this sentence that caught my attention during the whole dialogue. Spoilers up to 4x10 "Heaven & Hell" This video focuses on the relationship between the Winchester brothers. It follows up through season 2 to 4. Video mainly follows Dean's feelings after his fathers death and knowing that he sold his soul to save him. As well as Dean's sacrifice to save Sam and Sam's feelings on the situation of his brother going to hell and not being able to do anything about it. Afterward when Dean is brought back, we touch upon the distance between the brothers and how Sam and Dean seem to have been chosen for different purposes. "We both matter don't we?" is where we really tried to emphasize that. Extra Notes: We started this video about a month ago. (Dec 21) We are so glad it is finished! Supernatural has got to be one of the greatest shows to vid, mainly because of the amazing shots. We tried to capture as much story as possible with the time we cut the song down too. After we heard this song we really wanted to use it for a SPN video. The song just seemed to fit this show so well. The video took us a month to make because we wanted the feel to be right.

Usually the female's are depicted as the feeble 'Damsel in distress types' especially in shows/films where they're are supernatural elements, the female characters tend to look fragile and timid comparred to things like vampires but i think videos really shows off the girl power in this awesome show...love it go girls! ;) :DI do not own anything and no copyright infringement is intended.
