Mexican Cheese Dip by Rockin Robin

This delicious dip is sometimes called queso fundido, queso blanco or even cheese fondue. Serve with carrots, celery, crackers or sliced sourdough baguette or tortilla chips. Ingredients 1 lb. Land of Lakes white american cheese 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 oz. can chopped green chiles 2 -3 teaspoones olive oil 1 tsp. butter Directions: Caramelize onion in the oil and butter for 40 - 60 minutes. During the last 5 minutes add the garlic. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Drain chiles Layer cheese, onion mixture, and chiles in an oven proof dish. Bake for 20 min or until cheese is melted. Perhaps, the greatest WWF women's champion of all time was Rockin Robin. After she left the WWF in the late 1980's, Robin traveled to Joe Pedicino's LPWA and Herb Abrahm's UWF and wrestled all of the beautiful women there. In this match, she takes on the lovely Candi Devine. Candi was pretty much a jobber to the stars at this point and Robin makes short work out of her.
The Jackson Five - Rockin' Robin
The Jackson 5 (also spelled The Jackson Five or The Jackson 5ive, and later known as The Jacksons) were an American popular music family group from Gary, Indiana. Founding group members Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael formed the group after performing in an early incarnation called The Jackson Brothers, which originally consisted of a trio of the three older brothers. Active from 1966 to 1990, the Jacksons played from a repertoire of R&B, soul, pop and later disco. During their six-year Motown tenure, The Jackson 5 were one of the biggest pop-music phenomena of the 1970s[1], and the band served as the launching pad for the solo careers of their lead singers Jermaine and Michael, the latter brother later exploiting his early Motown solo fame to greater success as an adult artist. Rockin' Robin Roberts & The Wailers - "Louie Louie" (1961)
Lawrence Fewell Roberts II was born on November 23, 1940 in New York City. He moved to the Pacific Northwest as a child, his family settling in Tacoma, Washington. He started his singing career in the late '50s with Little Bill and the Blue Notes, but the Wailers quickly stole him away as a featured vocalist. In 1960, Rockin' Robin Roberts happened upon a copy of a 45 by Richard Berry in a record-shop bargain bin. He played the flip-side, a song called "Louie Louie", and liked it enough to add it to the band's live act -- blunting the Latin/calypso-influence and turning it into an all-out rock 'n' roll song for the first time. Roberts would eventually record "Louie Louie" with the Wailers, shrieking the immortal ad-lib "Let's give it to 'em, RIGHT NOW!!", which was to become such an integral part of the eventual hit version. Robin was in the Marine Reserves from 1962 to 1967. He graduated from University of Puget Sound in 1964, and attended Oregon State University, working on a Biochemistry degree, from fall of 1965 through the summer of 1967. He then moved to San Francisco and worked for Crown Cork & Seal Company. Robin Roberts was killed in an automobile accident early in the morning of Dec. 22, 1967, in San Mateo County. Delicious Homemade Flour Tortillas by Rockin Robin

Not only is it easy but way better than store bought. Making these at home only requires 5 ingredients vs. store bought and you can pronounce them! It's cheaper too. But the best part is that they taste great. Here are the ingredients: * 2 cups of white flour * 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder * 1 tsp. salt * 2 tsp. vegetable oil * 3/4 cup warm water Directions: Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. In another bowl, add the warm water and oil together. Add the water mixture to the flour mixture, one tablespoon at a time, stirring it in with a fork. Once a tablespoon of water is mixed in, add another until you have all the water mixed in. The dough will be slightly sticky. Lightly flour a wood cutting board and knead the dough for about 3 minutes. Place the dough back in the bowl and cover with a slightly damp cloth for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into golf ball size balls and cover again with the damp cloth. Let the dough rest for an additional 10 minutes. Preheat a cast iron pan over medium high heat. Lightly dust a wood cutting board with flour. Flatten one of the balls with your hand and then roll out the dough with a rolling pin. If the dough sticks, place a little flour on the rolling pin.
