On Oregon`s back roads through the Cascades they won`t let a trucker go hungry. Oregon road food is the best of the West. Although I do like F.Jay food this was outstanding . Last time I ate that well was over 40 years ago back home in Bavaria/Germany....and a close 2.nd was in Louisiana. Hats off to Oregon, they know how to treat truckers right on their back roads. I wish they`ld treat us like that in Canada..!!!!

After busking in Dieppe for 3 days and earning well over 200€ I decided to treat myself to a good meal. Most people would say it's impossible to cook cassoulet on a camping stove but I don't think this came out too bad. Trying to reheat the leftovers by dropping the freezer bag into boiling water wasn't such a good idea however.
