Lazy Man's Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Another Lazy Man's recipe. This is the quickest way to make pulled pork sandwiches. 5-6 pound pork butt roast 32 oz. THE BEST BBQ SAUCE YOU'LL EVER TASTE or your favorite BBQ sauce. Crock Pot / Slow cooker Directions: pour sauce into slow cooker. rinse cans with either a little water or chicken broth or vegetable broth or white wine or lemon juice. Pick only one and rinse jars out with the liquid of your choice. Pour into slow cooker. Cook on Low for 8 hours. use two forks to separate or pull pork apart into small pieces. make sandwiches.

Be sure to post your food pictures at facebook.com Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 5 cups of berries 1 lemon, using half of the juice ½ cup of granulated sugar Recipe: 1. Combine the berries, lemon juice and sugar in a sauce pan. Mix with a wooden spoon to release the juice from the berries. 2. Turn the burner to a medium-high heat. Let cook 18 minutes, or until thick, stirring occasionally to prevent the jam from burning or sticking. 3. Once thickened, remove from heat and let stand about 10 minutes. 4. After the jam has cooled a bit, transfer into mason jars or screw-top plastic ware.

IT'S FREE TO SUBSCRIBE. here is what you need for the Pot Roast Ingredients: 3-5lbs of beef olive oil coarse salt cracked black pepper package of mushrooms one large onion wet garlic or garlic seasoning 1.5 packages of beef stock or beef broth. I prefer stock. More flavor Directions: season room temperature meat with salt and pepper. Brown in olive oil. remove meat. Saute onions and mushrooms in pot with meat juice and remaining oil. season with garlic. place meat back in pot with onions and mushrooms. Add stock. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 2.5 hours. let meat cool for 15-25 minutes when pulled out of oven. Enjoy.

Here is the parody of this show: www.youtube.com Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 1 pound of ground sirloin 1 pound of jimmy dean sausage 1 large onion chopped 1 16 oz bag of mexican cheese 3 cans of black beans 2 cans of pinto beans 1 can of corn 2 jars of salsa (mild) 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes (optional) 1 can of crushed tomatoes 1 tsp of tomatoe paste 1 tsp of minced garlic pinch of salt to taste pepper to taste Directions: Brown the meat in olive oil in a sauce pot or dutch oven. When meat is about 90% brown, then add in the onions. Finish browning. Add in all the other ingredients. Cook on low flame for about 40-50 minutes. Add cheese at the end and then serve.

Lazy Man's Strawberry Cream Cake
Jack Scalfani shows of his lazy skills again in the easy dessert recipe. Here is the recipe: Ingredients 1 pre-made pound cake (16 oz size) 8 tbsp strawberry jam, divided 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream, divided 2 packages fresh raspberries, divided 1 1/3 cups heavy cream 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or a 16 oz package) Directions 1Slice pound cake horizontally in three thin layers. 2Spread the bottom layer with strawberry jam. 3Take one package of strawberries, and slice the berries in half. Sprinkle half of the berries on top of the jam. 4In a small bowl, mix the whipped topping iwth 4 tbsp of the jam. Dot half of the cream over the jam and berries and gently spread until uniform. 5Place the second layer on top. Spread with the remaining 2 tbsp jam, sprinkle with berries, and dot and spread the remaining whipped topping mixture. Place the last cake layer on top. 6Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour or so (overnight is fine as well). 7In the top of a double boiler, heat the heavy cream and chocolate chips, stirring constantly until combined. The mixture will be smooth and shiny when its ready. 8Remove from heat and allow ganache to cool on countertop for 15-20 minutes. Consistency should be pourable, but not runny. 9Pour over chilled cake. Garnish cake with fresh raspberries, if desired. 10To serve, slice and plate (with fresh raspberries and extra ganache) if desired.
