TSA's Sick Fetish with the American People
More and more recently, we have seen the Transportation Security Administration step over the lines when it comes to the fourth amendment rights of United States citizens. Yet for some strange reason, Americans have already develop a Stockholm Syndrome to the TSA by allowing them to continue violating their personal space, in order for the illusion safety at their local airports. We have seen the TSA give full body pat down to young children throughout the country, TSA humiliate passengers at security screenings, and even have seen the agents in blue steal from those their suppose to keep safe. Two months ago I flew out of O'hare International Airport on my way to Washington DC to cover the CPAC convention. I was lucky enough not to have TSA agents toughing my junk and was able to go to the regular metal detectors. With time to spare, I decided to stick around the Security Checkpoint area to see what type of actions I would see by the blue shirts. What I witnessed proved to me that the TSA has a sick and disturbing fetish with patting down our Senior Citizens, and those who are disabled. Also what was quite interesting was the fact some passengers not only got radiated by former Homeland Security's Security Michael Chertoff's Rapiscan scanners, were given a pat down! Correct me if I am wrong here, but shouldn't the Rapiscan scanners detect images through our clothes and be able to see our naked images and spot any objects a passenger may sneak onto an airplane? OSI Systems Receives $98 Million Order from US Army
OSI Systems (NASDAQ:OSIS) announced that its Security division, Rapiscan Systems, has been awarded an approximately $98 million order from the US Army for a range of surveillance and screening equipment for Entry Control Point Non-Intrusive Inspection requirements. Rapiscan will serve as the prime contractor and a hardware systems integrator to help fulfill the US Army's global security needs. The delivery order stems from a three-year, multi-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract valued at $248 million for all delivery orders awarded to Rapiscan and six other companies earlier this year by the US Army. OSI Systems (NASDAQ:OSIS) has a potential upside of 18.1% based on a current price of $37.26 and an average consensus analyst price target of $44.

I don't care if the TSA gropes me
So the title is a little misleading, but it is meant to grab attention. I DO care if they grope me or others, but not for the reasons you may think. My issue with the TSA is not that I don't want people to touch me or see me naked; it is that they are govt employees and are thus bound by the limitations of the Constitution, specifically the 4th amendment. Because of this what they are doing is illegal.

Por fin llegó el tan esperado "Rapid Scan" para que te chequeen ilegalmente. Un detalle importante es que te ven desnudo y el gobierno no quiere decir que ellos hacen con esas imágenes. Muchos dicen que es a nombre de la seguridad, pero en verdad es para ir quitando poco a poco nuestras libertades y especialmente una tan importante como, el derecho a viajar libremente, sin estar en un sitio que ni puedas ni gritar porque sospechan que eres un terrorista y te detienen. Según la Constitución a ti no te pueden hacer un " full body search" a menos que tengas causa probable para hacerlo. Lo que pasa es que como esto es una MAQUINA OPERADA POR DESCONOCIDOS MIRANDO LAS IMÁGENES AL DESNUDO, pues a las personas no les importa. También es súper innecesario porque esa máquina no ve tus órganos y dentro del cuerpo para ver droga, sino ve tu cuerpo desnudo y obviamente si tienes un pistola o un cuchillo el detector de metal suena. En otras palabras gente, por favor abran sus mentes e investiguen. Esto no es para nuestra seguridad, es para dejarnos saber que todos somos sospechosos ante el gobierno al igual que los "talibanes". Todas las leyes que dejamos que se aprueben a nombre de reprimir a terceros, siempre se usan para oprimir al mundo entero.
