Here is a little bit of information about me as well. Interesting Facts: This is the first song I have ever written with a key change. This is the cheesiest song I have ever written. So it's cheesy, so what. These things happen. If you don' tlike it, too bad. This is also the first time in my video that my brother cody helped out. At the end of the video my voice cracks, but it was still the best take I could muster. Interestingly enough, there is nothing on trickofdisaster.com right now, but hopefully there will be eventually. At the time when I wrote this song I was being influenced by a variety of artists. These include Regina Spektor, my favourite songs by her are samson and fidelity. It's so awesome how she sings that Ha part. Also, her best lyric is "And the bible didn't mention us, not even once" from Samson. Other people who people say I kinda sound like include Rocket Summer, Faber Drive, Meligrove Band and something corporate. Maybe a little bit like those really pop punky bands like Simple Plan, Hedley, Sum 41, but I don't know. I think it's a little bit of a different style than those guys. MAJOR SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN't SEEN THE FILM When I heard of this contest, I wanted to find a really REALLY amazingly epic scene but I couldn't find any that I wanted to vid and then I just started Pearl Harbor and this scene is EPIC!! It is so sad, I cry and cry everytime I watch it. Just for your information I love both Danny and Rafe but I love Danny/Evelynn more that Rafe/Evelynn, dunno why, it might just be Josh Hartnett, if I could marry him I would!! :-) It didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it, I wanted more flash backs but I could bring myself to cut out any of the main scene, it's too emotional! (Trust me...the plot gets very complicated after this...because Danny and Evelyn both find out that Rafe isn't dead.)
