Classic Game Room reviews V8 SUPERSTARS RACING for Playstation 3 PS3 available at the Playstation Network as a download game with full trophies, including platinum! This CGR review of V8 Superstars Racing on PS3 has gameplay from V8 Superstars Racing on Playstation 3 showing V-8 Super Stars Racing game play in HD. Race cars in the game include BMW M3, M5 and 550 as well as Audi RS4 and Jaguar. There are four different difficulty settings and a "simulation" mode, but it's all basically arade style driving and fairly easy at that. Graphics are great for a download game and audio quality with surround sound is excellent.

CGR uses the value priced Logitech Driving Force GT wheel which works with the seat provided you tighten it firmly and use some rubberized screws to hold the pedals in place (which is really easy to do). Build quality and styling are first rate and driving enthusiasts should enjoy the rigid arm that holds the wheel in place, although really tall people may find it confining. RSEAT RS EVO 3 is a nice looking, comfortable seat worth a look if you're into racing games like iRacing, Gran Turismo 5, Dirt 3, Dirt 3, MUSHA, NASCAR 2011 or F1 2011, many of which are featured in this review. Also featured in this review is the CGR 1972 El Camino with leather seats and the Sega Nomad playing Super Monaco GP in the El Camino, which is the ideal spot for playing Nomad. If you enjoy racing games on PlayStation 3 PS3, Xbox 360, PC or Sega Genesis then this is a driving seat to consider!

We take a turn in a different direction as the guys review or take a look at several driving games that have either been released or are on the way. First up on the show is Ridge Racer unbounded which is the next installment of the game from Namco that dates back to 1993. Following that is our second look at Dirt Showdown by Codemasters. They recently released a demo version of the game that expands slightly on what we have already seen. This means new levels and cars and some good insight as to how the whole game will play out. Then to finish off the show we take a very detailed look into Trials Evolution by Red Lynx. This is a high flying strategic driving game that will test your skills in many ways.
