The 300 workout was published a while back in men's health and it was supposedly used to help the actors from the movie 300 get in shape. The way this workout goes is that youll do a total of 300 reps from 6 different exercises. And rather then increasing the weights or the number of reps that you do each time, like with a typical workout program, you keep the weights and volume the same and strive to do the workout faster and faster, beating your personal best time. This is a great change of pace from regular bodybuilding type of workouts and it will build up your muscular endurance, increase your work capacity, and help provide some unique muscle stimulation.

"The Solar System - Explore your backyard" is a highly immersive application that illustrates rather well the vastness of the world around us. Information regarding planets, constellations and countries are available at the click of a button, and in a fashion rarely seen. Rather than simply telling you the facts, I find that it's easier to show you; This means that instead of just reading about the gravitational pull or cross section of a planet, you get to view it in 3D in real time. As i said before this is just a work in progress so far, however there is a readout at the bottom of the screen. There are options regarding scale and I'll go through them in a later video, but just know that everything IS to scale, it is simply enlarged to make it much easier to see, otherwise you'd only see the planet when you're completely zoomed in. However, if that's what you want, the option exists to make it that as well.

Video documentation by local activists and independent media shows that police officers and county deputies from across Minnesota have been picking up young people near Peavey Plaza for a training program to recognize drug-impaired drivers. Multiple participants say officers gave them illicit drugs and provided other incentives to take the drugs. The Occupy movement, present at Peavey Plaza since April 7th, appears to be targeted as impaired people are dropped off at the Plaza, and others say they've been rewarded for offering to snitch on the movement. ~ Got a couple coins? Officers stated on record the DRE program, run by the Minnesota State Patrol, has no Institutional Review Board or independent oversight. They agreed no ambulances or EMTs were on site at the Richfield MnDOT facility near the airport where most subjects were taken. Multiple times, participants left Peavey Plaza sober, returned intoxicated, and said they'd been given free drugs by law enforcement. The New Phoenix Program
