Heat oven to 425°F. Spray or grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan, pressing up and extending over side by 1 inch. 2. Dissolve the salt and sugar in the water, then add the oil. Add the water mixture to the machine and turn it to low speed for kneading. (In the absence of a mixer, combine with a large spoon until a workable dough forms.) Knead on low speed for about 5 minutes, or by hand, adding a tablespoon of flour or so if necessary to make a soft, smooth, non-sticky dough.
