Hartley Hare - "Being Naughty?"
Some clips of Hartley Hare from Pipkins. Have a look and then ask your self; did the producers wanted to make it sound rude? Ha ha
Pipkins 'Gnome sweet gnome' 16/10/1978
When someone leaves a large box of things for the shop, Hartley looks inside to find 4 gnomes. He doesn't know what they are, so he asks Johnny who tells him that they are gnomes. Soon, the gang visit a workshop that makes gnomes and learn all about how they're made. The only question they have now is where will the gnomes in the shop go? After some discussion, they all decide that it will be best to put them in the garden next to the flowers.

inigo pipkin jackie lee
Inigo Pipkin was an old guy who ran a puppet shop - the puppets could talk and move. It was made by ATV for the main ITV network in the 70's. After the actor playing the owner of the shop died they renamed it "Pipkins" and it ran on. Title song is a catchy little ditty sang by Jackie Lee - who sang on lots of TV shows, "Rupert The Bear" and "White Horses" to name but two. She was a very successful session singer with a great voice.
My Baby Loves Lovin (The Pipkins)
'My Baby Loves Lovin' was a big hit for the group White Plains in 1970. The lead singer on that recording was the co-writer of the song, Roger Greenaway, with backing vocals by Tony Burrows. You could call this the 'alternative version' as it's performed by the same two singers, but this time as The Pipkins. The Pipkins was a UK children's TV show, and the best-known song that Roger and Tony did for that series was the hit 'Gimme Dat Ding'. An LP was released, and this track is from that album. Roger Greenaway is the high-pitched voice, and Tony Burrows is the low gravelly one. Both these guys had great voices and impressive vocal ranges. A great fun song!
The Pipkins - Gimme Dat Ding (HQ)
This song by "The Pipkins" was released in 1970 and reached number 6 here in the UK charts."The Pipkins" were a short-lived novelty duo band, best known for this song. i used some pictures of the great "Charlie Chaplin" for this video as i thought his face matched the music.
Jim Pipkin's "Tommyknockers"
So many legends came to America with the Welsh and Cornish miners...of them all, perhaps the legend of the Tommyknockers is the most eerie. Former friends and fellow workers transformed into evil spirits, clawing through the rock to claim new victims. Works for me!

Gimme Dat Ding - The Pipkins (Part 1/3)
I recently did a search on a song I thought would be long forgotten, but apparently is still somewhat alive thanks to fellow members of YouTube. Yes, I'm talking about Gimme Dat Ding by The Pipkins. And while the song is in a few videos, there's little mention of the rest of the album! So here it is, in all it's glory. The Pipkins and their only (I'm assuming) album, Gimme Dat Ding! In Stereo, where available. :D (No copyright I could find either.) Click here for Stereo: www.youtube.com This is Part 1 of 3, featuring Here Come De Kins, Sunny Honey Girl and Busy Line.
Pipkin - Wanna Play???
ADOPTED! Pipkin is enjoying the love and affection of her forever loving family :) Pipkin is just so adorable! She is quite small and has tiny little ears. She definitely thinks that she is a little queen. She loves to be taken out of her cage and hang out in the hallway or on the couch, although she does wiggle a lot and try to escape when you pick her up. When she gets really comfortable, she will come right up to my hand to be pet forever. Muammar Gaddafi - The Pipkins "Gimme Dat Ding" (1970)
On 20 October 2011, a National Transitional Council (NTC) official told Al Jazeera that Gaddafi had been captured that day by Libyan forces near his hometown of Sirte. He had been in a convoy of vehicles that was targeted by a French air strike on a road about 3 kilometres (2 mi) west of Sirte, killing dozens of loyalist fighters. Gaddafi survived but was wounded and took refuge with several of his bodyguards in a drain underneath the road west of the city. Around noon NTC fighters found the group and took Gaddafi prisoner. Shortly afterward, he was shot dead. At least four mobile phone videos showed rebels beating Gaddafi and manhandling him on the back of a utility vehicle before his death. In one video, he was seen being rolled around on the ground as rebels pulled off his shirt, though it was unclear if he was already dead. Later pictures of his body showed that he had wounds in the abdomen, chest, and head. A rebel fighter who identified himself as Senad el-Sadik el-Ureybi later claimed to have shot and killed Gaddafi. He claimed to have shot Gaddafi in the head and chest, and that it took half an hour for him to die.Gaddafi's body was subsequently flown to Misrata and was placed in the freezer of a local market alongside the bodies of Defense Minister Abu-Bakr Yunis Jabr and his son and national security adviser Moatassem Gaddafi. The bodies were put on public display, with Libyans from all over the country coming to view them. Many took pictures on their cell ...

Fusion-io Innovator Series: Pipkins Case Study
Pipkins, Inc. is the leading supplier of workforce management software to the call center industry. "We're in the problem-solving business -- we help companies solve their staffing problems," says CFO Tim Venturella. "We pride ourselves in doing that better than anyone else." Pipkins' premier enterprise product called Vantage Point is a client software package that does much of that problem solving, based on the parameters customers define. Even though customers are using the same software foundation, they all have unique experiences because of the way they define their parameters, or vantage points. Pipkins' customers needed to be able to use the workforce automation software to make real-time decisions, but high demand was causing constant I/O problems. Customers executing queries were sitting there waiting for results, and for them, time is money. "It doesn't do us any good to provide the state-of-the-art workforce optimization if that analytical information isn't available on a real-time basis so that the customer can make real-time decisions," Tim says. Looking for a solution, Pipkins turned to Fusion-io. With Fusion-io technologies reducing latency, customers can now have timely access to their data anywhere, anytime, and allows for better utilization for their software. "With the Fusion-io product, we're able to add much larger increments of new customers before we have to make additional investment in infrastructure," states Tim. Watch the video below to learn why ...
