Philip Wang - My 7 Week Transformation
I really did this diet for myself and for so many other personal reasons I tried taking pictures every day of the diet, but ended up missing 9 days My diet was: High kcal, protein, fat and low carbs I say this in the video, but I really didn't use any manipulations at all (carb, water, sodium, etc) I just didn't have any time and I was pretty sick of the diet by this point. The only supplements that I used was whey protein and BCAAs The song means a lot to me. Whatever happens in life, always move forward with a plan. It really doesn't matter what the plan is, just keep moving forward. You can do anything in life if you set your mind to it. Set those goals and reach them. Never be afraid of failure.

Take It Slow
It seems as though slow dancing is fading away as slow love songs are becoming less popular. We hope that despite the radios and DJs not playing them, that people will still find a way to have this special moment together, because there are few things like the innocent romantic emotions that come from slowly swaying with a person you really care about, to a good, sweet song. As we grow up, slow dancing is one of those things that don't happen much anymore.
