However, this works the same way with cats. Just adjust the depth of your compressions accordingly (just as you would with an infant vs. an adolescent in human CPR).

Get to know DUMBO more : Dumbo was a baby when He was found in a nearby jungle by a boy that lives in my relatives Village.He took Him home and took care of Him.After sometime It became hard to find fresh meat for Dumbo everyday in the village so He decided to give Him away.My relative knew that my parents loved birds so They decided to gift Him to us. After that day Dumbo has been a part of our family.He loves Humans and is super friendly.My family takes Him almost everywhere they go.He loves being storked in His head ,Nature walks ,chicken,chilling with the humans and His beauty sleep the most.He Hates the neighbor's cat that stalks Him. All the owls that I knew before were never as TAME/FRIENDLY as lil Dumbo.So He is very SPECIAL !!! We don't lock Him in a cage .He chills on top of our cupboards ,dressers,stairs and goes to His lil wood house to sleep in. The only downside of having an owl as pet is They poop a lot so lot of cleaning involved ! Owls are illlegal to own in a lot of countries . But its legal to own small Owls in Nepal ;)

Greetings from Eric and from Ron the pet red fox! Foxes love to pounce; it's one way they hunt. In this case, the prey is a small orange tennis type ball!! Ron used to run around inside the house, but after he proved too destructive for the indoors, I built a large outdoor pen, larger than my entire house actually, and also a caged spot in the living room he can come into from outdoors through a pet door!________________________________ Ron is a pet red fox I bought from a licensed exotic animal breeder, in Oklahoma, captive-bred and hand-raised. My state of Arkansas allows pet foxes without any permit needed. He enjoys a large outdoor habitat and also a small indoor caged spot in my living room. Foxes are said to make 'bad' pets, but I would rather say foxes make wonderful pets!... just rather destructive, moody pets, NOT FOR CHILDREN. Despite a bleak economy, the percentage of pets in homes that were adopted from animal shelters and rescue groups has risen from 27% to 29% in the last two years, and encouraging statistics show that euthanasia of shelter pets is down 10% since 2009. However, 2.7 million healthy and treatable pets are still losing their lives in shelters each year. Bringing that number all the way to zero is the goal of "The Shelter Pet Project" campaign, which aims to encourage millions of pet lovers to make shelters the first choice and desired way for acquiring companion animals. The current phase of the campaign focuses on the bond that exists between a person and their shelter pet and encourages potential adopters to adopt from shelters by explaining that, "A person is the best thing to happen to a shelter pet. Be that person. Adopt."

Brutus, the pet grizzly bear
Brutus, an 800 pounds grizzly bear, is Casey Anderson's best friend. Casey, a naturalist, and Brutus are inseparable from the day Brutus was a 2 weeks old cub. Casey saved the bear from an overpopulated wildlife park, and raised him with lot of attention, love and respect. Brutus is living in a sanctuary that Casey built so he can freely live a life which a grizzly bear is supposed to live. Being around Brutus is not dangerous because he is comfortable around people, but Casey is still not letting anybody have physical contact with Brutus but himself. He is not afraid that the bear will ever attack him because he knows and predicts his every movement.
