Lampard Drogba Torres Advertisement Pepsi Cricket VS Football
Following their first ever football based TVC in India, Pepsi has brought football and cricket together for their latest TVC. Created by JWT India, Chelsea's Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard and Fernando Torres combine with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh in this film. The film opens with a shot of Drogba taking a bottle of Pepsi, which the Indian cricketers fancy too. The cricketers challenge Drogba, Torres and Lampard to a game of cricket to decide who gets the bottle. Drogba is shown running in to bowl to Kohli, but stops through in his run-up and passes the ball to Lampard. Lampard then passes it to Torres, who shows off his footballing skills before passing it to Drogba who volleys the ball stump-wards. Drogba beats Kohli and dismisses him. He starts his celebration when the umpire calls it a no-ball. The umpire is revealed to be Dhoni, who explains the no-ball by saying a no-ball means no Pepsi for them. The TVC has the soundtrack, 'Mauke Pe Chauka' playing during the film. Commenting on the campaign, Homi Battiwalla, category director, colas, hydration and mango based beverages, PepsiCo India said, "Being a true soulmate of the youth, Pepsi continues to bring to life Youngistaan's passions in newer and refreshing formats. We celebrated the unorthodox face of cricket last year and gave the T20 twist to football this year; now we are bringing together both these sports on one common platform. Pepsi MAX 2012 Super Bowl Commercial
www.thepetspot.co.uk The Pepsi MAX commercial entitled "Check-Out" is the newest edition to the brand's playful Cola Wars campaign. The spot depicts a competitor's deliveryman attempting to discreetly purchase a bottle of Pepsi MAX at the supermarket when he unexpectedly becomes the grand prize winner of "Pepsi MAX for Life." As a surprise "on the spot" reporter, Regis Philbin appears to get the embarrassed driver's thoughts on his big win. This role marks Philbin's first television project since leaving Regis & Kelly. A brand known for featuring great music as part of its Super Bowl ads, Pepsi MAX tapped Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles to record a renowned country ballad to accompany the spot. "The 'Check-Out' ad was developed to extend the legendary cola wars through a humorous scenario," said Amy Wirtanen, Senior Director, Pepsi Marketing. "The brand has a history of producing star-studded Super Bowl ads, and as one of the most iconic personalities to ever appear on television, Regis Philbin with his witty sense of humor was a funny highlight for this commercial."

Coke and Pepsi alter colouring process over cancer listing
www.euronews.com Coca-Cola has denied reports that it is changing its drinks formula because of health concerns over an ingredient in the US. Like its rival Pepsi, it is making changes to the production of a caramel colouring - beginning in California where a chemical ingredient, 4-MEI, has been added to a list linked to cancer. A US watchdog, the Center for Science in the Public Interest, has told the consumer protection agency the Food and Drug Administration that it found unsafe levels of the chemical in various colas. "Even the amount of 4-methylimidazole that remains in California colas exceeds the amount that the FDA considers acceptable. We've urged the FDA to take action and get this caramel colouring off the market," said Michael Jacobson, the CSPI's Executive Director. The FDA said last week that it was reviewing the group's petition. It has described the colas as safe, saying people would need to drink 1000 cans a day to absorb doses of the chemical that have shown links to cancer in mice and rats. "There is no link to cancer in humans. The dose consumed each day is extremely small, so that's why there's no risk," said French scientist Jean-François Narbonne, Professor of Toxicology at Bordeaux University. By reducing the amount of 4-MEI in the colouring, manufacturers will avoid having to add health warnings in California. Coca Cola and Pepsi say their products remain safe and consumers will notice no difference. Find us on: Youtube bit.ly Facebook www ...

Pepsi Commercial HD - We Will Rock You (feat. Britney Spears, Beyonce, Pink & Enrique Iglesias)
www.glassworks.co.uk The commercial is set in the Roman Coliseum. A gladiatorial combat between 3 lady gladiators is about to occur. They come out to chants from the crowd but refuse to fight. They drink Pepsi instead and sing We will rock you by Queen. The challenge was to recreate the Coliseum and a crowd of 50000 in the computer. The first 5 rows of the coliseum and associated people were shot for real and the rest is CG. What made this slightly more difficult than the usual crowd replication scenario was the fact that we were going to be relatively close, at film resolution and with a panning camera creating a fair degree of parallax. We shot about 50 extras against a green screen and with some inhouse software scattered them around the auditorium randomly with random offsets and colour correction. The auditorium itself was built conventionally in the computer with textures from the set and other pictures shot on location in Rome. Final Gathering was used in the rendering of it. MADONNA - LIKE A PRAYER PEPSI COMMERCIAL
Madonna:Blonde Ambition "The Madonna/Pepsi Controversy" It is January of 1989, and the highly popular Madonna has recorded a new album that is a mixture of personalized ballads and celebratory dance tunes. So where's the controversy? She wrote a song about her divorce, the death of her mom, and the fact that she still doesn't see eye-to-eye with her dad. Big deal. Where's the scandal? Here's where the plot begins to thicken. In the past five years the two top soda pop manufacturers, Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola, had learned that an effective way to reach the youth of America and the rest of the world was to sign sizzling hot recording stars to do television commercials publicizing the cola of their choice. It had worked brilliantly with Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston -- why shouldn't it work with Madonna? Madonn'a hit songs and videos had been about love, devotion, and searching for the latest party. She ought to make an excellent spokesperson to reach teenage consumers. So ran the thoughts of executives at Pepsi-Cola when they began pursuing Madonna for their 1989 celebrity commercials. In December 1988, Coca-Cola announced that it had signed George Michael to sell its pop to the public, and the gears started to turn. On January 25, 1989, following eight months of negotiations, Pepsi announced that they had signed Madonna to a year-long endorsement contract, for which they would pay Her Virginness $5 million. In return, Madonna would appear in a series of television ...

2012 Super Bowl Pepsi Commercial Ft. Glee, X Factor & Elton John
youtu.be - Watch the BTS of the Commercial! Facebook.com - Become a Fan! Twitter.com - Follow Us! Hey hey ClevverTV peeps. Thanks for coming back to the show. I'm Dana Ward here in Hollywood with some info surrounding one of the much talked about 2012 Super Bowl commercials. This round, we're chatting about the Pepsi commercial. Thanks to a behind-the-scenes video, we get to see footage straight from the shoot, and not only is the focus on the winner of The X Factor, Melanie Amaro and how cool it is to be singing some RESPECT on the royal-themed set, but you'll also get to see some major star appearances in there as well. Dude, Elton John is in the ad -- in fact, it seems like he is the king of the court. He's looking absolutely regal and he speaks nothing but great things about Melanie, including that she's got a great personality that will make her an excellent live performer. You'll also see a cameo from Glee's Josh Sussman -- he's definitely a court jester singing a pretty funny and awkward rendition of Nelly's Hot in Here. This is definitely a performance commercial from Pepsi to look out for during Super Bowl 46 -- apparently, there's a surprise ending. And remember to check back to ClevverTV for all of your commercial coverage from the big weekend. I'm Dana Ward and we'll see you soon, bye!
