pattillostyle.com - http The sheet music is available as an instant download in PDF form here: store.kagi.com This piece was composed during the winter of 2010-11 for the National Flute Association Convention High School Competition, Charlotte, 2011. This is the first movement of the three that make up the entire piece. It was specifically written to bridge the gap between western flute styles and human beatboxing. There is no improvisation, everything has been notated and written down (GP is playing by memory). Also, it is encouraged to use a microphone for performance, especially for large rooms, but not necessary. The music will be available this weekend at the convention in hard copy format, and available online in the very near future - stay tuned in for the rest of the Beats (movements) and more info on online availability....
